I saw a movie clip of this the other day, I just thought how cool it was how your daily thoughts can actually become a reality. it really is all about the power of thought. Whatever your thinking your brain sends out waves that actually illuminate yourself. Whether you think negative all the time, "I got so much debt", "nobody like me," etc. thats what your gonna get in life. If you think your gonna lose you probably will. Now for the positive thinkers, "I am gonna be a success," those are the people who succeed in life. What do you think of this? people have been studying this theory for hundreds even thousands of years it really is a proven fact. Are you a negative thinker or a positive one?

"The Secret" actually isn't anything new. Positive thinking, which essentially is all that "The Secret" is, has been around for quite sometime. This person just came along, threw a new spin on it and called it the secret to make it myserious and played it up like it was something completely myserious and started selling it ot the masses. So now, they're rich, and people everywhere are being ripped off for something they just as easily could have found information online for. That being said, I'm a negative thinker. I think positively sometimes but that just ends up leaving me disappointed because it never happens. So, that just pushes me back into my negative thinking habits.

Each person is a Creator,a God in his/her own right! We go through each day creating our lives. Every thought we have can become our reality in the following seconds. Thoughts create and words are even stronger. Therefore if we think negatively it follows that our lives will be negatively affected. Real positive thinkers do not stop with, "I'm gonna be a success." they go a step further and Proclaim, " I am a success!" Those people are already successful. This theory is certainly a proven fact thats been around since the beginning.

I believe in it. I am trying to reread the book right now so that I can try harder to make it work for me. I did the whole 9 yards before. And still didn't get it right. I am gonna keep trying until I do though. I want to buy the cd so that I can listen to it in the car. I want to let my daughter listen to it also. That way she grows up with these thoughts and she won't have to change it later.

I have this DVD but have only watched it once as it is 90 minutes long. You really need to watch it a few times to get it all to sink in. One thing I gleaned immediately was the reason I haven't been able to get a job probably is because I don't really want one. I need one, but I don't really like the idea of going back to work. I haven't worked outside the home in over 11 years and I have fibromyalgia so I don't think I can physically handle it. I try to have a positive attitude, especially where my writing is concerned, and how my girls are going to turn out, but I know that I have always been a negative person and it really is hard to change yourself overnight. I want to change but things just drag me down so much.
