Do you feel weird if you don’t eat yogurt for a day?

I eat yogurt every weekday at work as my morning snack. I tend to skip it on the weekends so that I don’t get burnt out, I do notice on the weekends that my body doesn’t seem to process food the same. Anyone else notice this?

I have tried and tried to eat yogurt because of it's health benefits but I just can't get past the texture. I have even bought the yogurt with the candy and still couldn't tolerate it. :( I wish they made some type of yogurt that didn't feel nasty in my mouth. I'm glad that you get to eat yogurt. Have you tried different brands? I find that each brand has a different texture as well as taste.

i have not ate yogurt for a long time, i think i will feel weird when i eat yogurt for a day. you know, you are luck as you can eat yogurt everyday. it is a kind of happiness for me when i have yogurt to eat. so i dont have such trouble to decide whick day i should not eat yogurt.

I don't eat yogurt every day and can't really tell the difference when I do. Are you sure your mind isn't fooling you? :)

If you ate yogurt a few days in a row, the didn't you would tell a difference. It takes eating it a few days for the yogurt to have an impact on your body.

My body has changed also and does not process food very well any longer either. I don't eat a whole lot of yogurt like I should though. If I should change what I eat or the amoutn I eat, it totally messes up my sytem also though.
