Today I think I had the saltiest pizza going. I like lower salt than this.

Sbarro's pizza today was so salty, even the crusty parts without toppings was salty. Normally, I don't find it to be that bad. Maybe a new cook? Someone slipped with the salt shaker or my low salt diet is making me notice it more. When I make it for myself, I use low salt cheese.
There is a small business in a small town near me that has wonderful pizza where you can taste everything and you don't taste the salt.
What ruins pizza for you? How can that be prevented? What do you dislike about some pizzas and like about others?

Well the saltiest pizza i've ever tasted was from yellow cab. Man their pizzas are really salty compared to other pizzas. =)

Oh wait... i think it's Proudly Filipino? Hm... i did some searching and i think IT IS a Filipino owned company... so there... Haha... Their pizza is still the saltiest for me. =)

Maybe next time order the pizza with no salt. Then you can either add your own or add low salt.
I agree, I don't like real salty foods any longer. When younger, salt was great and couldn't get enough. Have high blood pressure now and it's not good to eat salt so I watch it. Am not fond of mushrooms either on pizza.
We had bar-b-que chicken pizza tonight for dinner and it was fantastic. Also a salad and my favorite drink, a Pepsi. Now I am stuffed!

Sbarro's here, it's point and serve. The pizza is already made the way they make it. If we waited for them to make it, we would be there a long, long time.
I have high blood pressure, too. Mine reacts to salt. TC

Sbarro always has salty pizza, because Italian food are indeed the saltiest foods around the world. But I still love their pizza.

I used to love their food a long time ago, but either my tastes have changed or they've gone nuts. ESp. when the crust with nothing on it is salty. Take care and glad you love their pizza. Guess they will stay open. TC
