i want to share this information on why sleeping and waking up early is good for you. At 9 pm to 11 pm- your immune system (lymph nodes) is detoxifying. you should be relaxed at this time 11pm to 1pm -your liver is detoxifying. you should be in a deep sleep state 1am to 3am -your gallbladder is detoxifying. you should be in a deep sleep state for this to happen. 3am to 5am - your lungs is detoxifying that is why for people with cough keeps on coughing to clear the lungs. 5am to 7am- your colon is detoxifying, you should empty your bowel 7am to 9am -Absorption of nutrients at small intestines. It is best to eat breakfast at 7:30. Sleeping and waking up late disrupts the natural detoxifying process of the body.

What triggers these responses? Light exposure? Temperature change? I find it really unlikely that every person in the world has the exact same physical processes going on at the same time all over the world. I know that if I got to bed and get up early I get sick because I just become more and more exhausted - I'm not note sleeping when my body wants me to.
