OK I was laying on my husband on the couch and watching a movie...The tv was at an angle to me so it was kinda blury...so i would close my eyes and just listen...After about 1/2 an hour i sat up because it was just too uncomfortable to watch the TV that way. all blury. After I sat up it was still blury, But it wasn't just the tv it was everything!!!!!It lasted for 45 minutes to an hour and it was very weird. I get chest pains on a regular basis but not with any type of pattern. Was this caused just from watching tv at an angle of was it a mini heart attack or stroke????

Hi. I have had that happen to me too. Mine usually happens after sitting at the computer for hours working online. When I go to close my eyes and rest them or rub them, when i open them back up, my vision is all blurry and it stays that way for about 30 minutes. I guess it is because I am so tired or something. I'm not really sure though.

This wasn't the same as that tho. I have had that happen alot when I I get tired...like when I'm playing my Xbox game this was different. I would look up at the lights in the ceiling and there would become 2 of them not just one...And I felt weird.

I know exactly what you mean. It could be a little bit the same though because you are still looking at a screen also. It could also be high blood pressure. I'm not sure if I have high blood pressure or not. I haven't seen a doctor in years. I have felt dizzie also at times whether I am working, looking at a screen for a long time, or just getting up to go walk to get something doen. I have had this happen to me also.

I actually have low blood pressure. Which is crazy because you have to get more sodioum than most people. So i have to add salt to most food. I love salt but i have to be careful because i can get very dizzy at times when I don't get enough. But the blurry vision was something new entirely!!!

Mag, if I was you I'd seriously consider getting to a Dr for a checkup and telling him about this. Migraines can cause these (my daughter does this at the beginning of a migraine headache.) Not only do migraines cause these, you could be vulnerable to a mini-stroke or something else. PLEASE...promise you will go and get this checked out. Especially if you are experiencing chest pains along with it. If you're having these on a regular basis you must get it checked out, and the sooner the better!! (We care about you! :-)

I'm glad you're going to make an appointment to get it checked out. Even if it's just angina it should be taken care of so that you don't end up with worse problems down the line. No matter what's causing it, it will be easier to treat if they can identify what's going on and catch it early. Please let us know in this discussion after you've gone and found out what's going on...we care! Will be keeping you in my prayers that it's nothing too serious.
