If you could change one thing about pizza, what would it be? Personally, I wish it were a lot healthier, besides that, pizza = perfection!

My thoughts are also the same on a healthy pizza. In our city a pizza company has started multigrain pizzas which is rich in vitamins and minerals.

Cutting down on the grease would be a nice change for me. Other than that, I would like to see commercial pizza places learn the proper usage of sauce. The sauce is very important to the pizza and the lack of it from commercial pizza places is unfortunate. We need pizza reforms! Perhaps a pizza revolution!

one thing?! well, i have a couple of changes i want in pizza: 1) for it to still be as cheese-filled and as crunchy or chewy or however it was made and i came across it and i loved it, and yet... have zero calories, zero fat and zero carbs! 2) for it to have mondo uber so much oozy cheese and also mondo toppings nonetheless. it puzzles me why they have to make room for toppings by putting less cheese. NO FAIR! other than that, pizza, in any form or in any quantity, is simply divine!

actually some pizza places have been making pizza healthier by using whole grain for the dough and low fat cheese. everything on there can be healthy and since you can bake it or even use a flame oven like at wolfgang puck, it makes it even healthier. it does cost more though.
