Do You Still Like Reading Newspapers? What Section of it Do You Read First?

I would say that there are times, i don't have time to read newspapers anymore due to some reasons like i need to go to my work early, i'm always busy, etc...so i would just end up surfing the internet to know what's the latest news...but if i have the time, sure, i would still love to read newspapers...and definitely, i like to read the headlines section first of the newspaper like my dad...
Well, some of my friends don't like to read newspapers, some likes to read it, and i observed, they love reading the horoscopes section...others, entertainment section...some people i've encountered, would go to the classified ads first...
Well, how about you, do you still like reading newspapers? If so, what section of the newspaper do you read first?

I still like reading the newspaper every now and then. I like reading the front section of the paper first. Simply because it has the most important stuff in it, and it usually is more interesting than the other articles in the paper. Then, I just kind of glance at the other newspaper sections and then pick and choose what to read.

I still read the newspaper from time to time. I have no special section in which I search out to read. It's normally a headline in which catches my attention for me to read the article. I find the newspaper as with the TV news can be so depressing at times.

Hello angeljenn, how are you? Hopely you are always well and get-informed by reading our local papers. You are perhaps a busy-lady, so you dont have time to spare to read or even buy papers. But let me assure you, that your morning-days will be more colorful when you start your daily agenda by reading your papers........Somehow, what do you think if there is no more newspapers in USA, the Land of Promise? or as it is told.. The Citaddel of Democracy?

ys i do like to read new papers..and my concer is more over in sports section and caree section,,i am never muchg intrested in politis and other stuffs.

yes i like to read newspaper a lot.Each day after i return from office, i sit with the newspapers.I like to browse through the main page then all other pages. i like sports page a lot and read it.
there are some suppliments taht i read too.

Normally I would read the business section first thing in the morning. If I still have time I might check out the sports section.
But in times like this when there are major upheavals in my country I'm reading the headlines more.

Newspaper is the common update for news worldwide other than the internet technology.I still read newspaper.The first section to read is the entertainment section;check out the television schedule and then get to those teenagers section and newest gadgets & technology sections..=)

I make it a point to take at least 15 minutes every morning over coffee to read the newspaper. I read the front page, the editorials, the local page, the comics and Dear Abby. Then my horoscope, even though I don't believe in those things but it's fun. In that order. Later, or in the same sitting, I'll read the rest of the paper.
There's just something about drinking coffee and reading the paper when you get up that starts the day in just the right way. Your whole day is more relaxed when you take the time to stretch, have a warm drink and read the news.

Yes I still read the newspaper every weekends and I look at every page and ofcourse it's a bit harder than surfing the net to look for a lot of things in general. But if I wanna be updated to local news and business I prefer to read the newspaper.

Stop reading newspaper? I have no idea at all what kind of American people you are who put aside your daily news. Althogh we can read everything from internet, or watching television that is broadcasting the current events directly from the spot, but we all still need to read a newspaper to get the whole perspective about the current event or situation. You will get informed more comprehensive thru reading newspaper, especiaklly their dept-in-news reportings.

I still read the newspaper. I read the Local section to see the police beat and court cases to see if I know anyone. Sometimes I see someone I know. I read the obituaries too.

I still like reading the newspaper... but I rarely do it... because I find it very time consuming... and I prefer to do things on the computer rather than reading the newspaper.
I get most of my news on the internet... where I can pick and choose what article I want to read. There is less trivia on the internet. I find the news on the internet are more to the point and are real news... while newspapers magnifies their headlines in order to sell newspapers.

I still read the paper often. Sometimes it's the only way I stay slightly on track with all the information that's happening in the area. I usually read the first section of the paper first. Then I move onto the other sections of the paper staying away from the sports section because I dislike sports.

Yes I do read the paper still. Everyday when I go to work, I make sure once I get there that I pick up my free newspaper. I read of course the current events, I read this section called Weird But True and it's true to it's title, I love the comics and I read my horoscope and my paper has this section called Page Six which is basically the gossip section. Reading the paper is very enjoyable to me and I don't like for anyone to read my paper before me :\

It seems a century ago for me to open newspaper and sit comfortablly in the coach,even have a cup of coffee in my hand. Since I became a single mother, I had to speed up everything. Reading newspaper became luxury. Usually I get the news through Internet. Be honestly, internet is faster than newspaper in reporting. Most of the time, newspaper is just a copy of internet. Internet is making our life much more convenient. Thanks to internet, we can talk on Mylot.
