Heading out for the hospital trip this morning, thoughts and prayer appreciated.

This morning we're heading out to take my son to his doctor's appointments and tests, so I wanted to thank everyone who donated to help us on this trip, as well as remind all my friends to keep us in your thoughts and prayers over the next few days. I'm not sure exactly when I'll be back, but by Friday night at the latest I think.
I'm not sure exactly what results I'm hoping for, to be honest. Right now we don't have a diagnosis for whatever is causing my son's seizures, but some of the possibilities mentioned are less than pleasant. So personally I'm just hoping for the best, and trusting someone more powerful than me to know what that best is.

Not having any answers is far worse than having answers that you can at least deal with, no matter what those answers may be.
I am sending positive energy and prayers your way. I do hope you get some answers, and soon.

All the best to you and your son. I hope they can find what is triggering your sons seizures so they can give him somthing to help stop them.
I have heard some seizure disorders can be controlled by medicine, some by diet by it just depends on what his causing his seizures.
I hope everything goes good for you and have a safe trip.

I wish you the best outcome that is possible, and a safe and quick trip! I hope everything is okay with your son and that he gets the proper care and diagnoses that he needs and deserves.

Hiya,
I'm late in responding yet again sorry lecanis.. For some reason I do not seem to be getting my mylot mail atm.
Anyways, I have been thinking of you and wondering how things are going for you and your son.
Late prayers and hugs to you all. I hope that when you return you will at least be able to have a diagnosis which will mean a plan of action so you are not still out in the cold, wondering what is happening.
Please keep us updated if you can because you have many friends here who care about what you are going through...

I will pray for you and your son. I will pray along with my prayers. tomorrow i have to take my dad's biopsy report and to meet the doctor. i think both of us are in similar state of mind. hope God listens to both of our prayers.

Have a safe trip, lecanis. Once you have some answers it will be a little easier because you will know what you are dealing with. Your son is adorable- love the picture! Stay positive-- and ((hugs)) from all of us!

Good luck and just remember, finding out the results, will not be the end of the world. It will help you learn what to do to help your child. You can deal with what you know, it is the not knowing that you cannot deal with. Hope to hear some good news soon.
