Here's a cheesecake recipe everyone can try. It requires no baking, is quite easy to do and takes about an hour to make. I have made this with my wife many times, and have always enjoyed it. It is really yummmmmmmmmmmmy!! Ingredients: 75g (3 oz) butter 175g (6 oz) digestive biscuit - finely crushed 15ml (3 level tablespoon) gelatine ½ lemon juice 225g (8 oz) cream cheese/cottage cheese (recommended Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese) 150ml (5 oz) sour cream 75g (3 oz) castor (or fine) sugar – adjust to taste 2 eggs – separate white and yolk Fresh fruit to decorate – if preferred (recommended kiwifruit, mango, strawberry, blueberry) Method: 1. Finely crush digestive biscuit. 2. Melt butter over fire and mix into biscuit. 3. Press into bottom of cake tin. Chill until firm (around 30 mins). 4. Sprinkle gelatine into 60ml (4 tablespoon) of water in a small bowl. 5. Place bowl in a pan of simmerint water until gelatine is dissolved, stirring continuously. 6. Mix cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and sugar together. 7. Beat egg yolk. Add yolk to the cheese mixture and mix well. 8. Add gelatine to the mixture. 9. Whisk egg white until stiff, and fold into the mixture. 10. Pour mixture into the cake tin, and chill for several hours. 11. Decorate cheese cake with fresh fruit about 20 minutes after chilling mixture.

I also do not see a recipe. I am not a big cheesecake fan. I like cream cheese, but for some reason I don't like it cooked like it is in a cheesecake.
