There are times that i consider myself a leader because its the time when i know i have the knowledge for a certain activity or task. Sometimes Im a follower specially when I can see that there is one person who i can see will lead better than I do. It really depends on case to case basis.

Yeah, you're right. It kind of depends on the situation. I would consider myself a leader in my areas of expertise such as finance, but when it comes to something like cars I would definitely be a follower because my knowledge of cars is extremly lacking! If you were to analyze the traits of what a leader is though, I definitely think I would fit in that category. I'm definitely very fond of the idea of being the main decision-maker for a group of people, as well as being the center of attention! Thanks for the response pretty girl,

It all depends on the circumstance. If if something I know about I try to be a leader. And if I don't definately a follower.

I think of myself as a leader, but I can be both (or either, that is). I say this, because sometime over the course of my life, I realized I'm not always the best one to lead! in all given circumstances..

A very difficult question to answer, Louie! Well, I don't think I am a leader because getting people to listen to me is a tough task. They, especially the kids, animals, and men in my life, do exactly what they want and don't give a damn for my opinions. So, I guess I would make a poor leader. At the same time, I don't follow anyone or anything blindly. I think, analyze, weigh the pros and cons and so on and so forth. So, I guess i would make a poor follower too. So, to cut a long story short, I guess I am neither a leader not a follower, just an ordinary Mylot member trying to earn cents by posting. Cheers and happy Mylotting!

I want to be a leader-dream of it everyday to be my own boss-LOL I think it depends on the situation at hand whether I would follow or lead. I can say when I was a kid I always followed. Now that I'm a little older I like be bold sometimes and lead.

I'm both a leader and a follower. We can't give something that we do not have. A good leader should be a good follower as well. Rules should apply to everybody including leaders. Why have laws if it doesn't apply to all. You should also be a good follower in order to be a good example. As a follower, there are times you need to step up and this means every follower should also be a leader.

I am more of a leader because every time I chose to follow, I got further behind. I am the only one who makes sure that I advance forward so I will always lead the way now unless I become lost and need someone else to lead the way for me.

Just when I think of myself as a follower, I start leading. I guess that makes me a leader and a micro-manager at that.
