I'm SO Pi$$ed Off About Last Night...

I'd seen it before, over twenty years ago in the theater, but I didn't remember a whole lot about it so I recorded it on my DVR a week or two ago and settled down to watch it the other night. It said on the screen that due to an interruption during recording there may be parts missing; I noticed by the times there was not quite 10 minutes missing but I thought it probably wouldn't make much difference. I thought a couple times as I was watching that I hadn't noticed any spots where it seemed to have missed anything but then I basically forgot about it until right at the end, when it was reaching the climatic part..."Delete this recording or Do not delete this recording". I was furious! I had to go back online even though it was about 4:30 am and find when it would be on again and luckily it's on again on March 7 and I have it set to record again! I'd better get the end this time. To make this a discussion, has this ever happened to you? Also, did you ever see About Last Night? Is that the ultimate chick flick, or what?

I love the movie, too. I think it is the ultimate, chick flick or a greate date movie, especially if your relationship begin in it way, as so many do nowadays, and became something more like there's did.

Um, didn't see the movie in question Annie... kind of not along my interests.
Sorry about your bad recording, I know how that goes. I've had a few things recording wise and data-wise get messed up. I know I still have "bin"/garbage files that are supposed to be shows but have some sort of malfunction or other (the file skips, "scene missing", etc). I think the worse is one that said it had the 24 minutes of show, but after a couple of minutes in, it said "Stop" (meaning it finished -_-).
What interuptions keep hitting your recording efforts Annie? If its satellite, it could be weather or some other interference.

Yes, I have experienced something like that.
I was recording this movie - STOMP THE YARD, and the same thing happened to me. I was soo possed off. I had to wait for another two months to redo it again.
Funny enough it stops at the most interesting parts.
