How many of you still watch Little House On The Prarie? I do. I wonder what it would be like to live in such simple times. I think that it would be great, as long as that was all you knew. Families stayed together for the most part. The food was healthy and good. Life was just not as hectic.

We were just talking about how family life used to be in those days. And how the food was so much healthier than it is today. I mean look at all the pills available to us. Mom asked why we need so many pills. We came to the conclusion that our food has caused so many health problems. Anyway, life was simpler up to a point on the Prairie. But life was hard though. I'm not up for ploughing our own fields. :)

I am not up for plowing fields either. I don't think that I would want to stay home all day taking care of the house and multiple children and cooking all day long either.

I would love to live back then, the only thing that I would hate to not have would be a nice hot shower when I wanted one. I could even deal with no TV, my be lost with out a computer. But all in all life seemed simple, people where happy, the rest was out of this world. Yes I still watch it is a favorite for me and my girls.

I wouls still watch it if it was on regular television channels. All that we have right now is bascis channels. I love that show and alwasy tried to watch it when I was a little girl. I wish we could go back and live in those days in log cabins and ride around in a horse drawn carriage. I think it would be so fu and less stressful.

I still watch Little House On the Prairie everyday when it's on tv. I just wonder what it would have been like back then to live in the times where we didn't have to worry about half of the stuff we do today like gas prices and stuff like that.

I read all the Little House on the Prairie books when I was younger. The tv series differs quite a bit from the books, and since I read the books first, I dislike the shows. This happens a lot. If a movie is made based on a book or vice versa, whichever one I come across first my brain labels as the "correct" version. If I had seen the Little House tv series before reading the books, it would probably be the books that I would dislike.
