hi do any of you mylotters ever have SAD disease? When we get foggy days and cloudy till afternoon days here in sunny supposedly Southern California I feel down, and sort of depressed, and find myelf moping around for no good reasone except there is no sunshine. So I did some research and found out that I am one of a lot of people who have seasonal affective disease and get down and mopey when its cloudy most all day. I am told that sitting in bright lamp light will help you to get over your moodiness. Here in tustin we have the Junegloom where the sun stays hidden until well into the mid afternoon and I alsways get mopey and depressed during that time in spite of all that I may say to myself snap ut of it. But again sitting under some intense inside light for maybe a half hour really does work and lifts my spirits up so I feel normal again.

I think everyone gets this to some degree. Some are just worse than others. Everyone around here has been fairly edgy and grumpy because of all the snow and all the cloudy days. A bright sunny day does help alot in keeping people's moods up. So does having a bright sunny co-worker (me) ~grin~ ~Tink
