My dad and I are both very skinny. And we don't like doing sports very much. Last week my dad started to ride the exercise bicycle at home and he felt so well after that. I can see from his face that he's healthier than before. The exercise I do everyday probably is going to work on foot for about half an hour. Now I also decide to do exercise anytime anywhere. And lately Mylot is very slow, so when I am waiting the page to load, I am exercising:)

I also noticed that mylot is a bit slow these past few days... i wonder why... i hope the admin will fix this... Well, i am also quite skinny... and no matter how much i eat... i don't get fat... the only exercise i do is when i climb the stairs to my third floor apartment... and when i walk to and from the office everyday... i know those are not enough... but i simply do not have enough time to excercise...

Perhaps many people get active here when Mylot pays better than before. So the server is quite busy and therefore the speed is slow.

good for you !! it is really good that we have all these 'gadgets' available at home nowadays... i dont exercise much, either... but whenever i can... plus, whenever i remember... i do some 'stretching' while watching tv.. other than that - i dont 'move' much..

I need to be outside walking in the countryside raking up the miles to get my exercise either that or running or jogging on the treadmill at my local gym. Sadly I am not skinny and have to exercise a lot to make sure I stay in shape and healthy. Exercise is good for my stress levels and depression too. I don't do exercise at home, so I make up for it when I am out or at the gym!

When you are not happy, sometimes doing exercises will be so helpful to change a better mood. As when you are doing exercises, your body will create a kind of material to make you happy.

They say that people who are very skinny and stay thin easily move a lot, all of the time. I am not skinny. I exercise more if I play music rather than have the television on, but I still do not exercise enough. I appreciate the fact that you tell us that even skinny people need exercise, because that is the truth.

In the past I thought I was thin, so it's no need to do exercise. But I am wrong, doing exercise isn't to make you thin, but make your healthier.

That's a good idea and it's so true that we can exercise anywhere. I am actually lazy when exercise. So I need something to distract me when doing it like watching movie or listening to music. Right now I had found a VCD which has demonstration on the exercise and the time passed easily by following the instructor's move LoL. The duration from start to end is 15mins, but I usually do it twice to make my exercise time half an hour.

exercise is very necessary in our daily life .so we'd better insist to do exercise every day . make me a bad example that i used to spend 8-10 hours in front of computer which is bad to my health. now ,because of that bad habit .i got headache sometimes and i can not upholding my back which always pain. so all of my friends, donot always in front of computer,just go out or in your house do some exercises to keep your health. wish everyone have a strong body and never got ill.

Great idea. I might try that too. I went by the office where I use to work a few days ago and they gave me a copy of the exercises they are doing in the morning at the office. They require very little space or time and they say they can tell a difference since they started doing them.

Hi youless, I fully agree that we could do exercise anytime, anywhere as long as we have time and space. Most people have fixed a certain time for doing daily exercise outdoor. I do like to jog in a country lane around my neighborhood. Should it rains I always have other alternatives to carry on my physical exercise, like playing hurrah hoop or jogging on the spot indoor. Sometimes if there is any good tv program I would take the opportunity to exercise in front the screen. I think my husband belongs to the same type of both you and your dad. He eats a lot but still couldn’t put on any weigh.

We can just jump in the room or go to stairs by ourselves rather than taking a life etc. There are many kinds of exercises we can do.

yes,i agree with you.my father and i take a walk for an hour every day after supper.i think the biggest problem doesn't lie in weather,time.etc,it's up to your attitude.take myself as an example,i'm too lazy to do any exercise sometimes.i would find some excuse then.in fact,we can take exercise anytime and anywhere as long as you are willing.

I am heavy and need to lose weight. I would exercise once in a while when ever I felt like it. Well friday I found out I had diabetes, So the past few days I had tried to find something on tv to watch and I that's when I use my step machine or use a exercise tape(We have 2 tv in the spare room). good topic! i'm also skinny before,no matter how much i eat for one day.but now i get fat because i am busy on my work and haven't more times to do some exercises. i want to keep in my shape, and i make a plan to do exercise. i will running for half a hours one day.it make me feel good.
