What should milan do to be on the top again ?

After crashing out of champions league so early and being in danger of not qualifying for next season .what should milan do to get back to the prime. I think they need to buy some fresh legs and change their mentality towards serie-A.

They need a world class striker A couple of wingers and a couple of defenders It is going to cost money and I am not sure whether Berlusconi has the appetite anymore to outlay the money to compete with Spanish and English clubs in the transfer markets

They badly need a world class striker.Hope they buy some good young talents in defence and change their attitude towards the game.

They should let half of their squad finally retire and buy ten world-class players: few in a defence,few in midfield and few strikers.Besides that they have a great team,only Kaka and Pato,lol
