snore? If so what have you done about it. Is it bad? My hubby end up making this choking noise occassionally. Puts me on the couch to get sleep. I love him but that noise scares the s**t out of me. I try and gently roll him over but he wakes up and is sometimes not happy about it. I know he tells my I snore sometimes. How do you remedy this in your house?

If your hubby is making choking noise and it sounds like he has stopped breathing he may have sleep apnea.. I would do that during the night.. I am on a c-pap machine..I have sleep apnea..

I don't snore. My wife says I do, but she's just making that up. :) I never hear myself snoring.

no. i do not snore and no one has ever told me i snored when i was sleeping. well, my mom did tell me that i talk in my sleep, at times - i think these are when i had a very tiring day. so when i am really tired, i get like talk or mumble something in the middle of my sleep.

Mu husband says that I snore sometimes and I believe it because I have heard myself and woke myself up doing it before. He used to snore very loud when I first met him but now it is alot quieter for some reason. I mainly only snore when I am very tired. We really do not remedy it. We also go to the couch sometimes if one of us is snoring and the other one cannot sleep.

I only snore when I have a cold. My kids are the same way. My sister is one of those ones that snores so loud I am surprised her neighbors can sleep.

Both my wife and I snore; we've gotten used to each other. I know her snoring does not bother me, and she tells me the same thing. My father does the same thing you described. He'll make a choking noise. Apparently, he's got sleep apnea, where he may stop breathing when he is sleeping for a few seconds and then have that body reaction when he continues to breathe. At first, I used to tell my wife to fall asleep first because she was not used to it for a while. But it's cool for us now.

I've had some friends tell me I snore, but I don't know if I really believe them. If I do, I think it comes and goes. Sometimes I fall into this half conscious sleep when I have my mouth open and I can hear myself, but not often. As long as I can keep my mouth shut while asleep, everything's good in the world. Haha!
