It is your special day...

First, and prior to my birthday, I would ask them to wire a ticket to my Irish friend RozAnne, in the States, for a flight to Gatwick. Roz so misses her roots and even just a day back in her country of birth would I'm sure bring lots of satisfaction. On my birthday, I would ask them to hire a car, and take me to my friend, Gabs' house. Then, on the way, I would phone her and tell her I was coming and to be ready to go out for the day. After we'd picked Gabs up, I would ask him to drive to Doncaster and pick up her kids, and drive us all to the airport, where I would buy tickets to fly us to Ireland. Once in Ireland, I would ask for a car to be hired to get us around, and drive to Galway, to get a ferry. That ferry would take us out to see the dolphins that Gabs so wants to see and be with. She adores them, and it would make me very happy to take her there with her kids whom she also adores. On leaving Galway, I would find a nice little country restaurant or pub, where we could all have a typically Irish, home-cooked meal before heading back home. Brightest Blessings.

If it was my boyfriend, the first thing I would want to do is to wake up with us cuddling. Then we'd go jogging and race with each other when we're near home. Whoever loses has to make breakfast while winner enjoys a relaxing shower. And even though I lose, since it is my special day, then he still has to make the food. I'd want to just bum around the house and watch my favorite TV series with him in the morning. We'd go to the mall for lunch and pig out on burgers, fries and Pepsi. In the afternoon, we'd play paintball together, something I haven't done in a long time and end it with a massage at a spa. Before dinner, we would catch a movie together and I would want us to be the only ones in the movie theater so that we can throw popcorns at each other and make fun of all the goofy characters. We'd go to dinner at my favorite Italian place, then catch up with some friends at a party. The night would probably end with us sitting on the roof and drunkenly contemplating the meaning of life.

I would like to visit the ice hotel in Jukkasjärvi, Northern Sweden. After that a real Finnish sauna and a great dinner with specialities from this region. All this together with good friends.. Perhaps sleep in a hut where there is a roof of glass to be able to see the Northern Lights.. Then sleep with no worries.... and wake up to birds singing outside.

My special day would be total quiet. I would go shopping for myself and by myself. With 2 kids and a husband that rushes me, it would be sweet to go and take my time and try on clothes without having to hurry up and go home to noise. I don't have to go out to eat because I married a chef. I would ask for him to make my favorite dish which is baked chicken on top of creamy pasta, with a side of veggies and a small salad. Then be able to watch tv that afternoon without having to deal with my kids, or our dogs. Now that would be my special day. That was nice dreaming, because honestly I don't ever see that happening.

Ok Doll You said money is no problem right? I'd first order 5000 get clean packs to be shipped to new orleans to help with the huge clean up going on. Then we would go to a grocery store. Load carts up with food until our tractor-trailor is full. We would drive from town to town filling the shelves of the food pantries. We would go back to the store and load our cars with sleeping bags, socks, sweatshirts, boots, wet wipes, toothbrushes,hairbrushes, until our truck is full We would go from city to city handing out to the homeless. Then Sweets the person that made this possible will get anything they want from me(with a smile on my face) until the 24 hours is up... Then I'd sleep for a week to catch up with myself... I would want breakfast made for me when I got up. Then me and my boyfriend would watch some tv together. After that, go for a walk and have a picnic lunch. In the evening we would go out for a fancy dinner, then sit in the hot tub of a luxery hotel room, drinking champagne. Then we would finish the night off with conversation, untill we fell asleep.

If Money was no problem then I would get my mom and sister because they would deserve it. I would take my mom out for her favorite meal which is Salmon on a bed of rice with vegetables(which I tried to make for her birhtday, lucky for me she had a cold and couldn't taste goodbecause that is the first time I ever cooked a Salmon filet) And me and sis would have our favorites then I would go take her to the Zoo(which she has neve been)or to a place like DollyWood and I would then take us all to get manicures and pedicures and then head out for new outfits and then to the movies for quiet and relaxing time then maybe stop at Baskin Robins for a cool treat and then head home to talk about a fun day we had. Because spending time with them is special to me and it wouldn't be a special time without them.

I would start my day with a nice brunch with my husband in a nice hotel or something. Then, i'd go to a spa, get a full body massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, etc. Then go walk around Old Montreal and maybe go for a carriage ride (pulled my horses) then go to a hockey game, then go have a late supper in a romantic setting in a deluxe sweet in a top notch hotel, with a jacuzzi and all. Then..well, the rest is sensored LOL

If we could do absolutely anthing, I'd ask to fly home to Canada with my husband, so we could spend the day at my favourite Danish restaurant, have coffee at The second Cup, and so I could show him all around my home town.

me I would spend the whole day Gamnbling stopping for a good lunch or dinner then get home and fall in bed for I would be wiped out

Money is no object you say? Then I would go looking for a lovely new home exactly where I want it...within sight of a beach or lake or river...somewhere where I can walk near the water. Yep...that's what I'd do...buy myself a new home.

My special day would be spent out of my house. I want to go places, do things and have someone clean up after me. I want to be pampered. The full body massage sounds great. I want all my meals out. The last one in a 5 star restuarant with all of the things that make dining special. I cannot wait for winter to be over with. I am tired of feeling housebound.

i think i would have to start the day off with going to the hairdressers and having the full treatment and makeup done,then to the shops for some new clothes then a relaxing lunch,take in a live show then dinner and dancing.i will be exhausted.cheers sue

I would want to be whisk away to the beach.Just holding hands and walking in the sand.Letting the water wash away all of our worries.Later we would take a plane to New york city for the night life.Watch a theater show.Go to a nice little hot dog stand and just wonder around laughing and talking until morning.Taking in all the life around us.
