What is your breakfast?

I heard English eat many foods for their breakfast in the day.Porridge, bacon and egg, toast and marmalade etc, always compose an englishman's breakfast.Surely that will never happen to me.My breakfast is rather simple, porridge is enough.Sometime I even do not have breakfast for work at all.Consequently,I feel starved before having lunch. It goes without saying that not taking breakfast is not good for our health. While a well-prepared breakfast seems much important to us. Breakfast can not be underestimated, and what do you have for your breakfast?

Most time, my breakfast is porridge. But some times I eat an egg or an apple. It depends the time. If I have enough have, I will enjoy my breakfast. If there is no time, because that I get up later or have a lot of job to do. I do not eat anything except take a milk. I feel so starved before having lunch, usually when I am hungerly, I will eat some biscuit. Some experts say if we do not take the breakfast, it will make us get fatter. Is this the truth?

breakfast usually depends on what i had prepared hastily for that day. it could be a sandwich (ham and cheese, tuna and mayo, or ham and egg). today i was able to make out a ham and cheese sandwich for my breakfast. its easy to take it and just eat in the office. sometimes though, i just have a cold cereal at home when im too lazy to prepare sa sandwich.

I always have breakfast every day and i just take cereal with milk. Im english but i cannot stand fry ups i find them far too greasy and would never eat them for breakfast. You really should not believe everything you hear as most of it turns out not to be true.

Well i barely have time to eat in the morning. Im constantly worrying about what i want to eat. Usually i will just go and eat some Toaster Strudels or cereal. On saturdays and sundays though when i have extra time i eat a heavy breakfast. I eat everything from Bacon and Eggs to cheese, Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast and whatever else i can get my hands on. I actually know a couple people that are for Europe that every morning spend a lot of money and time to sit there and create a huge multi-course meal. If you ask me though i dont see the point.

We eat bread and margarine or any spread we have available during breakfast and coffee for me and my husband. Sometimes the kids eat biscuits. When I was young and I still lived with my parents we had rice for breakfast and with whatever available food my mom will cook up with the rice serving. Then coffee as well.

I usually have a bagel w/ cream cheese but since I got my braces it's hard to bite so I've started eating Quaker Natural instant oatmeal instead.... I miss my bagels!

Depends on my mood and the amount of time I have I eat cold cereal a lot, raisin bread toast with just butter sometimes, and sometimes I will have cottage cheese and pinapple. Usually once a month on a Saturday or Sunday I will make eggs over easy, with toast and bacon.
