going to have a bowl of oatmeal,1/2 a banana, and a glass of milk. My brothers wife generally gives my nephew a breakfast bar thrown at him as he is getting in the car to go to school. I suppose she feels her sleep is more important. He is 5. Now at a certain age, my daughter will fix her own morning meal. but not now. What will you be fixing the kids

My son is receives a free breakfast at school. They have a choice of cereal, fruit, string cheese, sweet rolls, juice or milk. At least these are the things he has told me about, there may be others. Its really nice that the school provides for all of the children like that in order to ensure that every child starts their day with good nutrition.

We have pancakes and eggs most of the time but have you had the instant oatmeal that is organic? It has good flavors and easy to fix. To learn more about foods and to have a balance with acid and alkaline foods go to my website at: www.caring-your-healthy.com

My kids are grown and gone, but I do feel that breakfast gives the kiddies a head start in their day. Emily always had an egg sandwich for breakfast. For some reason that is always what she wanted.

My daughter is 16 and she rarely eats breakfast at home. she said she does eat it at school sometimes though. she said she usually grabs a donut or something there. She isn't much of a breakfast eater like me and her dad are. Sometimes she will grab a pop tart here at home or eat some biscuits, gravy and scrambled eggs.

It depends on the day. Some mornings my son wants nothing, so I make him eat something. This morning he had a cup of yogurt, and some apple juice. What he wanted was a honey bun and a handful of pistachio's.

Hi, DD loves to have a cup of oatmeal porridge. If she is full then she wont have anything else. If not she will have half an apple. Milk she has early in the morning. It is generally not advisable to skip the early morning breakfast.

My Son is 13. He has always loved a good breakfast. His favorite and easy to manage on a school morning is 2 hard boiled eggs and peanut butter toast. Protein gives children brain power and staves off the morning slump before lunch. A couple of mornings a week he wants just a bowl of cold cereal or maybe a toaster waffle. He also like hot oatmeals. It has always been important to me that my children get a good meal before school. I have never been lazy about this one. However sometimes at night, we have left overs or a bowl of canned soup.
