Yes I am.. Immediately after posting a discussion, I quickly go to my profile page and keep reloading it repeatedly!! When I get a response, I immediately rate it and post a comment if necessary.. Then back to profile page and reload reload reload reload!!!! I'll be doing the same to this discussion as well...!!! How about you?? Are you impatient as well?? Or do you just forget it and comment to all the stacked up responses later??

Yes, it is great to see who is interested in what. Whether I have started a discussion or just contributed to one, I like to continue the conversation. After all, this is how we make friends in real life, not just by having one off questions and answers.

Hye Benthose! I really like in the most cases the discussion you start. I am truly eager to check the responses for my discussion, because i post only discussions that interest me and i want to know the answers and to know if there are people in the "same boat" with me. I think that you are very honest because you rate all responses to your discussion and comment here and there, like so you show respect for the users who respond to you.

Hi benthose! I'm not TOO eager but yeah, I'm eager. LOL. I get excited to check whether my discussion received any response and if it does, I rate it and post a comment as well. It feels good when someone shares their thoughts and opinions with you and gives you advices also. Cheers!

My mylotting routine goes like this. I check first on the discussions I've started and read and make comments on them. Then, I go to the discussions my friends started and respond too, then to discussions from my interests, then to new discussions. The last thing that I do is to post discussions. After posting my discussions I turn off my computer. The next day... start the same mylot routine. And yes, I'm very eager to check the responses from my discussions but I don't wait for them right away. I give time to other mylotters because I know, they have things to do also and we belong to different time zones, so that maybe some are asleep when I posted my discussion. As I respond to other discussions, everytime may email receives notifications of new responses, I get excited and go there right away. It's a nice feeling others took time to read and respond to your thread.

When I start a discussion, I am genuinely interested in everyone's answers, so if I have time and am on the computer, I will continue checking back to see the responses I've received. Of course, I am relatively new at this and may become jaded at some point. :) I also check on my responses to other people's discussions to see if anyone has commented on them. I'm having a great time so far!

Yes!I'm too eager! Sometimes,I post a discussion, then reload immediately. If there are already one comment, then I will feel satisfied and ease.If not, then I will keep reloading every other minutes. Sometimes, there may be no comments on my topic till I have to leave for a while, and when I open my computer,I check my profile immediately!

Hmm.........sometimes ,I think. If I had posted something very interesting or if I want any information,I check whether to see if there is a response ,a little too frequently. So,most of the times,I am patient and some times I am impatient. Most of the time,I go to respond to other discussions and check only at the last when I log out. Cheers ! Have a rocking day. ========= Thoughts are the stepping stones to achievements ========

I usually wait a bit but it depends on what I'm doing. Normally I do a bunch of posting and then go through my email notifications at night. Now if I post the discussion in the evening, which I admit I normally do, then when I get a reply I will respond right away however come the next day it will usually wait till I go through my email. So right now I have a bunch to go through. I better get busy.

We do the same, When I post I want to hear and learn from the different responses I am getting..So, I ended up going back and forth to my profile page and read, rate and reply! Its addictive indeed but its real fun especially If in an inquiry and you'll be amazed how these wonderful members are very eager to respond right then and then!

Sometimes, but it depends a bit on what else I am working on at the time. Since we are very busy getting ready for a trip I haven't started any new discussions and had to think about how to deal with all the e-mail notifications while we are away from the computer. I decided it would take too long to turn notify off for every friend and then back on again in a few weeks, so I just temporarily changed to a different e-mail address, which can be put on "ignore" lol. People probably won't even notice my absence.

I am not eager about it, I didn't even notice anyone replied to mine until I checked my email. But that was because I was busy responding to everyone else's discussions that are going on. And plus I only have three active discussions right now I think, so I don't have to worry about getting overwhelmed or eager.

No I do not immediately check, I like to leave it for a while and carry on answering discussions for a while and then I check on it every so often.

I am always impatient to see responses. But have not done the reload profile. But I am learning to have more patience now as I realize that a lot of folks actually have lives. Some are at work, some are shopping or taking care of the kids, some are busy posting their own discussions, etc. I do check my email for comments/responses several times a day, but that is about as far as I take it now. It was getting too stressful for me. Would get depressed, thinking no one wanted to talk to me and then excited when they did finally show up. I do tend to have this rejection complex. lol. To relieve the pressure, just set a schedule to check for responses at certain times of the day and wait for it. If there are none you can still feel depressed and if there are several you can feel excited and overjoyed that people care about what you have to say. Imagination can be a wonderful thing if you use it to your own advantage. hahaha
