I've used both web browsers for a while, but I personally like Mozilla Firefox more. Like its description says, Firefox seems faster, more secure and is more customizable than Internet Explorer. I still use IE when certain sites, such as online virus scans, only work with it.
Which web browser do you prefer?

you can get extensions and toolbars to run the virus scans in firefox. The only reason i bother having explorer on my machine as a usable browser is I need to make sure my web designs work in it since most of the world still won't bother with downloading firefox. MS has told them how great their product is and that millions go into making it the best thing on the planet and people use it and go well how much better could a free program be... With windows losing ground to both mac and linux thing will change in the future

Internet Explorer of Firefox?? Hmmm.. I would prefer Firefox than Internet Explorer. Why? It's because Firefox has stolen my heart first with it's 'tab'. And now when IE get older, he try to do the same thing.

I feel exactly the same way. I've been using Firefox for a couple of years now and really like it.
Most everything is compatible with Firefox now, but there is the rare occasion that something works better with IE so I still keep both of them.

I prefer Mozilla Firefox over Internet explorer anyday because it is so customizable and then I love the tabs. I don;t know how I ever got by without them before lol!
I also like the speed of Friefox.
There are some websites that aren't compatible and absolutely need IE though, so I give in and use it then, otherwise I really don;t open IE at all.

I used internet explorer for about 6 years and got used to it, then when i went to my cousins house he had mozilla and the colour and look appealed to me. When i got home i downloaded it straight away. You can also download a zune theme for windows xp to get more of a black theme.
