Reheating meat.

I was advised not to reheat meat twice. Why is that? I've done it many times in my country, why not here? They said about bacteria in the meat. I am not sure about it. Maybe, I need more research.

Reheating meat can be dangerous if you just warm it up to room temperature! When you reheat meat you must take it above the temperature that bacteria can Live. If you heat it hot enough to cook it a bit more it will usually be ok. I just put it in the Microwave on High for a couple of minutes until its snapping and popping. If you do this you can heat it as often as you need, with no problems.

I never hear this. When you boil the meat you kill bacterias. Is not a mistake? What I know is that you can't freeze twice any thing.

Well it is not advised to reheat the meat twice because if the meat is heated first time and let to cool down , it will cause bacteria to attack the meat . let say if you heat it again bacteria will all die on the meat . That is why we must keep our meat frozen and people always say this have your food while is hot yea .

i think its about meals being stock up for at least a day after.. so when you "reheat" them once for example, it was a new dish for dinner, and you have to reheat it for lunch the next day, make sure you finish it and not to eat it already by dinner the next day. i am not sure though. the longer you keep food, the more chances of it being spoiled, ofcourse and bacteria does grow fast.

that is so untrue. if your meat was refrigerated and already cooked reheating it would kill any germ that were in it. raw meat often carried bacteria which is why it should be refrigerated and cooked thoroughly before you eat it. but I have reheated meat several times and it has never made us ill.Of course you should use it up and not leave it in the fridge for a long time but just reheating is not going cause any bacteria.
