Last saturday was by far the best summer outing i had. It was my first time to try snorkeling and i really enjoyed watching the corals, star fishes and all the colorful and playful fishes under the sea. It was am awesome sight and I will try to do it again if given the chance. At first I was really not confident about it since I dont know how to swim, but with the help of the instructor and my office mates I was able to face my fears and enjoyed the activity. It was great my first time to play with the creatures under water and the wonderful things that I have seen there.
Its a nice activity and I long to do it again if given the chance, we did it early in the morning and it was still very cool and the sun is still very friendly.
How about you mylotters have you tried snorkeling?
How you also share about your experience.
Have a nice day and happy mylotting!

There is probably nothing on this planet that I love doing more than snorkeling. It's like being in heaven just floating around watching the fish go by. And if you're lucky you'll see something really cool like an eel or an octopus or a turtle. I'm way overdue for another snorkeling trip!!!

Yeah, snorkeling is an enjoyable activity to see underwater stuff. Besides that SCUBA is even the best activity. If you wish to learn to dive underwater, just simply go to www.padi.com. They will show you the list of SCUBA training facilities near you. PADI stands for Professional Association of Diving Instructors. I enjoy it a lot.

I've never been snorkeling, but my sister has, and she loved it! I think of the underwater as a mystical place.. a whole other world! Once a year I get to go to the ocean when I go home to New England to visit. Who knows maybe one of these days I'll get to go snorkeling!

That is cool, snorkeling is one of those activities that in my mind I think would be fun, but in reality, I would be worried about the different sea creatures like jelly fish or sharks..
So did you get pictures? I am sure it was very beautiful and if I ever did go, I would at least borrow an underwater camera..

Its only in peso and in terms of dollars its only 7 dollars and very cheap enough and not really that bad. The experience is worthwhile andthe payment is cheap when it comes to seeing those cute creatures.

hello
thanks for the response!
i have to check for your profile to find out what is the value of the 280.00 coz if that is a dollar that is way too expensive. but in your case i have to agree that it is not.
my husband and i are planning to save for our trip, dont know how many years coz we will need at least US$5,000 to have it to the place we want and we dont have that amount yet and even if we do we have other priorities at this moment.
thanks for the thought os sharing it with me (photos in youtube) will sure check it once you send it to me.
appreciate it a lot and wish you all the best.
good night!

i remember the irst time i snorkeled and i drank a lot of sea water but once you get use to it then everything will be natural. i usually do snorkling if i have the chance whenever i go to the beach and look for a snorkling site.it is fun, i agree.

I laud you for conquering your fears. I love to snorkel but I can't go far which really limits me very much. I am one of those who knows how to swim but panics when it gets deeper and I could no longer touch the bottom. I really envy my friends their confidence to go really far and explore the wonders of the seas snorkeling. It is not easy to conquer the fear of drowning and I really admire your courage and enjoy more of life.

I absolutely love snorkling! It's really quite easy once you get the proper breathing technique. I would do it again if I got the chance.

my darling and I went snorkeling on our honeymoon, in the wonderful mediteranian waters of Bermuda. It was GREAT! until we were walking along the shoreline and I fell down a cliff - a coral cliff.... scrape.... coral really does a nasty job on the flesh!

I love snorkeling, too. Besides snorkeling, I enjoy SCUBA alot. I have been a certified SCUBA diver since August 1998. Then a year later, I became an advance diver. I took the lessons through PADI. PADI stands for Professional Association of Diving Instructors. You should try SCUBA. If you wish, just simply go to www.padi.com. Maybe they will provide the list of training facilities near you. Let me know what you think.

Wow. I dont even know ow to swim, so it means impossible for me to scuba. I will have to learn to swim first before I try scuba. I also hope to learn to swim before the year 2008 ends.

A first time snorkeling is a special and memorable experience. I was twenty-one years old and I in Australia. I went on a boat trip out to the Great Barrier Reef with my friend. It was amazing to step off the pontoon and see all the pastel colored coral and brightly colored fish of all different sizes and shapes. I held my friend's hand at first, because it such deep water I felt a bit nervous.
Since then I have done lots more snorkeling and got my confidence in the deep water with tides moving me around. In French Polynesia I snorkeled with some black tipped sharks and some sting rays. I snorkeled with nurse sharks in Belize. I went out on a boat from Coral Bay, off the coast of Western Australia and snorkeled with a manta ray and a turtle. Wow!
