How many of you women?

Actually, it isn't my choice to keep my hair short. My hair has been short since I got a relaxer in the sixth grade that took my hair out from being too strong. It did start growing back pretty nicely a few year ago, but then I got it cut as a symbol of being rid of my children's father. I really need to start going to a hairdresser on a regular basis, so that my hair can be taken care of properly, and finally grow back. I don't want my hair to be as long as it was before, which was to the middle of my back, but I would like to have shoulder length again.

As you know I haven't had short hair in a very long time. For me it is too much upkeep getting it cut every 4-6 weeks as well as costly. I do good to have my hair cut every 4-6 months. Though it is currently a little shorter than I usually wear it. By the way, if I saw you in longer hair now, I don't know what I would think since you have wore your hair shorter for a long time now.

I can only have long hair fir easy style. Short hair is not easy to style with my kind of hair. I used to cut my hair and than wait to grow so many times. People don't like me with short hair.

I have short hair now. I used to work in a factory and there was no air conditioning in there. I have jet black hair and it was so hot so I got my hair cut off short. I no longer work their but I keep my hair trimmed myself now because I have not found anyone who can cut my hair the way I like it. My hair is alot cooler now and easier to take care of too. I have never put anything on my hair other than shampoo, conditioner and hairspray or mouse every now and then. I am not sure if highlights would look good on black hair or not.

My hair is about shoulder length right now. I like to keep it back in a ponytail most of the time. I cannot stand having my hair on my face or touching my ears. I would cut it shorter if I thought it would look decent on me.

I have very long hair.. One time in sixth grade, I would sit on my hair. It is now about 22 inches long now, or maybe 24 inches. I do agree, having short hair is very easy to style. There are many times that I wish I could have shorter hair. But the truth is, I hate to cut it.. I can hardly fix my own hair. I do know that there are girls that can fix their own hair. I am just not one of them..
