My friend suggested a herbal diet pill, Pearl White, which she tried for almost a year. It is so effective that she lost almost 1/3 of her body weight. what are your thoughts about this. Is this safe?

It could be effective it just depends on the kind of diet pills but as much as possible I don't want myself to depend on the pills or any medicines as long as I could still do more exercise to my body. I would be rather choose to pay for a membership of gym since sometimes diet pills can have some side effects. I don't like it. Even though it is safe I don't want to spend my money for the too good to be true effect.

Diet pills can be effective, but the problem is, once you stop taking the pills, the weight will come back unless you make serious lifestyle changes. You would be better off just trying to make the changes and lose the weight slowly instead of taking off a drastic amount which you may put back on later.

No I would never ever recommend pills to anyone.I am very sure it will surely have some side effects.Wiegth loss can be done the natural way with a healthy diet, no sweets no fat etc.

Were there any nasty side effects with this pill? I don't believe that you can just take a pill and not change your eating habits and still lose weight. Some of them may work in conjunction with an eating plan but you have to make sure that your diet is healthy or you could get sick.
