[Well, in some ways.] I don't buy this hype that tarot is from nefarious sources and is used to cast evil.. Nope, I lean toward thinking one of those clever monks painted these portraits of life.. a book someone wrote to the people.. Don't forget, the common folks couldn't read throughout most of history.. Christians have come to believe in a floaty afterlife ..inherent immortality ..Not so the tarot.. it portrays resurrection from the grave.. [It also portrays apocalypse.. and hope afterwards..] - Just a little trivia..

Well, it goes back to what I tend to like to say to people who want to debate religion with me...so much of the world's various belief systems have alot more in common than people'd like to believe. I astounds me that more people don't connect the dots throughout the ages...especially when we get to today with all the resources available. That many people don't bother or it doesn't occur to them would bother me more if I didn't reassure myself, "It's because you're a writer who studies works of writing/art. You're accustomed to looking for connections, at metaphors, alternative meanings, and thinking outside of the box. They aren't, it's just that you're accustomed to it, that's all." ...I'm too nice to people, I know. xD
