Some good "better sleeping" tips

www.wikihow.com/Sleep-Better This site has a lot of tips on getting better sleep at night... Do you usually sleep well? Or does sleeping involve a struggle for you?

I dont sleep well .. I wake up several times mostly for a drink of water as im so thirsty , i seem to get about 3 hours max .. I will look at the site you recomend .. Thanx

Getting a long sleep has been a struggle for me for as long as I can remember! Short of taking sleeping tablets, I've tried just about everything you can think of to change things too. It has now got to the point where I function perfectly fine on around 5 hours sleep a night on average. Once in a while I do end up getting 8 or 9 hours and the strange thing about it is that I feel like crap when this happens! I'm just so used to the shorter sleeping times now I guess. I'll check the link you provided and see if there's anything new on there that I haven't tried yet!

I usually sleep very well. I may not wake up during a storm or some other noise. My husband wakes up with every noise though. When the kids were little, he was the first to wake when they would cry during the night.
