Macaroni and Cheese Croquettes

I went to The Cheesecake Factory with my sister once a long time ago. As an appetizer we got some Macaroni and Cheese Croquettes. These things were awesome. They were made with white cheddar cheese. I was thinking about them earlier while I was making mac and cheese to go with dinner tonight. Have you ever had Macaroni and Cheese Croquettes? Have you ever made them? Does anyone know a recipe? I would like to try to make them sometime.

That sounds heavenly. No, I haven't tried those before. I'm afraid that I would totally mess them up if I tried to cook them. But, I'd love to visit the Cheesecake Factory to have some. Thanks for the recommendation. I will also check online to see if I can locate a recipe. And, then I'll post it on my blog. Thanks for the idea. I'll pm you if I find the recipe, OK? Fingers crossed!

I have never had mac and cheese croquettes but they 'sound delicious. try www cooks.com and they will have a zillion versions of whatever you are looking for as far as recipes go.I also would like to try and make them.

you could try looking them up at www.recipezaar.com they've got 1000's of recipes there submitted by people just like me and you. Good Luck.
