On the topic of socks with holes in them....

When you put on a pair of socks and notice that one of them has a hole in it, do you take it off and throw it away, or continue wearing it? If it's a tiny hole, I will wear it and throw it away at the end of the day.

I take them off and throw them away, once I didnt bother and my eldest saw I had a hole in it, she spent the whole day telling everyone that mummy had a hole in her sock, seriously its less hassle to change them !

I don't throw them away but I can't stand wearing socks with holes in them. Socks have lots of other uses beyond footwear.

That's true, I guess I could turn my socks with holes into them into cleaning rags or something similar.

i have a sock "thing" i hate feet, and i have millions of pairs of socks. if my socks are not noticably clean and have absolutely NO holes in them, i will throw them out and go get new socks. I know its weird, but hey, its clean :0)

We all have our little quirks. As for me, I have to wear white socks, no matter what.
