Hi There,
I tend to always drink tap water at my house. However, I always ensure that my daughters drink bottled water. We have had some problems with drinking water where I live and I dont want to take any chances with my kids. I never, ever thought I would actually get to a point where I bought water...but I do now!
cheers,

We have well water and I really don't care for the taste of it. Of course, I really don't like water to begin with unless it's flavored water. I would prefer to buy my water than to drink from my tap.

In our kitchen there are two taps. One for washing and the other goes in a filter and supplies us clean and drinkable water. We fill up a couple of bottles with this filtered water and keep in the fridge. We buy bottles of mineral water to quench our thirst when going outing.

If it is from my tap, any day. But if you are talking about city water, not unless there is nothing else to wet my whistle!

I take water from the tap (which is already clean and drinkable without any processing) and boil it.
Then I drink it. :)

Our water tastes like bleach. It is horrible. I do use the britta filter and it helps that alot. I also by drinking water from the store. I won't drink water directly from the tap. we do drink lots of water and at times we will even go to a local spring and fill bottles ourself. That is the best.

Hey You, I was just thinking about this, I wondr how maybe people use tap. I don't know many people who do anymore with out a tap.I usually will drink bottled water or spring in a jug. Some times when I just have to take my meds real fast I will use the tap.

We have sunk a well. During the monsoons, we direct the water from the terrace of our house by means of pipes. This is called water harvesting, and it is believed the strengthen the underground water resource. We use well water for all purposes--drinking, cleaning, gardening, and so on.
Cheers and happy mylotting!

I have a PUR filter on my faucet on my kitchen sink. I drink water from there, or I buy bottled water if I am away from home.

I do the same thing with the Britta water filter. But we live in a rural area and are on well water. Sometimes, it tastes a little, umm, strange, right before we chlorinate it.
I always filter the water, whether it's right before or right after we chlorinate the well water. It really tastes good that way. I, too, put it in bottles and keep them in the refrigerator. I recycle plastic, and I'm not going to tote multiple bags full of plastic containers to the recycling center every week!
Take care.
