I recieved my first payment from an online site today!

So, it's been 3 months since I started looking for a way to earn some extra cash online (lotso f research and bookmarking!), 2 months since I began to join sites such as PTC's, review writing sites, forum posting site (mylot), survey sites, etc. and after these 2 months I finally reached payout at the review writing site a couple days ago.
I finally decided to request my payment from them today and they delivered it to me within 10 minutes of my request!
I have heard people say it takes a couple hours before they get it but wow! They sure didn't stick! I am so happy! My first ever payment from an online site for a total worth $52.46USD!
Now that I know firsthand that they do pay I'll be putting more effort into that site. All I have to do now is get the money into my bank account and boy, I will be extremely happy!

Roxanne!!! Congratulations!!! I am so proud for you! I celebrate with you! It makes you want to do more and more doesn't it since you got paid? $52.46 in 2 months! that is nothing to sneeze at! What program was it that you made this from. Oh, well, if you had wanted us to know you would have told us , huh? But if you will tell me, please pm me. it's the same Review Stream I have been talking/asking so much about for the month of May. I honestly didn't put much effort into it, but I recalculated that if I did what I told you in another post I would make an extra $60USD a month. Actually it took me a whole month to also rethink they way I earn on Mylot as well in order to make $15USD a month from here too! I guess I'm a slow but steady l/earner

Way to go, Rox!! At least now I saw proof that they do really pay. I'm still way too far from the $50 mark coz my first review was just credited a few days ago. Send me your link so I could check your articles. This is another inspiration for me.!

Thank you and yeah I saw your post the other day when you got $2USD for your review! Congrats! It's hard to receive $2USD a review and alot of mine were at bulk rate. Most of the music and food ones were at bulk rate. Some cosmetics like nail polish and lip stick/gloss got bulk rate too. I got $2USD for reviewing the internet service I use and have used before, Avon lotion and body oils, vitamins, certain stores, etc. So target those more if you want to see how to write I guess(I'm still learning the ropes) To find my reviews just type in "by RJR" in their search engine for the site and you'll see all of mine.
Good luck and I hope the next post I see would be you saying "I made payout at a review site!"

oh, thanks so much for all those infos you just gave! guess, I would be staying away from those for awhile, and target those that could possible get me $2 at the most per review.I'll keep it in mind..I'll check your review, so I could have some ideas for the next ones..Yeah, hope, next time I'd reach the mark..thanks so much and you did a great job!!

I agree, it was so unexpected, I mean I just requested it 10 minutes ago (I expected it to take longer) and then I saw an email come in, when I opened it, it was from Paypal! Talk about stunned!

Thank you.
You really just go there, Read the TOS and FAQ's.
Hit the "write review" button, enter your penname, paypal email address, title of what you reviewing, category and if it's a hotel or shop, location.
Just start writing up your review, 200 words or more, check the boxes below and pick a rating from 1-10 and hit submit. You'll get an email from them telling you how long to wait for the approval.
I don't know how many hours. I usually sat and wrote when I was in the mood, was never a top priority for me really.

first of all congrates for your effort to make money online. i think if it worth to earn money from that site comparing with your energy that u putting to, go on do that thing and find some shortcut to make that money. there are ways you can find when u find new things. good luck for the future earnning in online. keep earn more and more.

I have to admit, I find it is worth the time and effort considering it's the highest paying site I have found so far besides FOCS which I have yet to join and see if it works out for me.
I am looking at ways to make sure I get a payout from this site every month, like devoting a certain amount of time everyday or something.

Outstanding! Can I ask how did you request the payment, though? I know another member started a discussion that he wanted to request payment, but the only thing it says is to submit a 'formal request'.
I'm not a member yet but I looked all over the site and I couldn't figure it out either. I figured if they didn't have that basic information available, it wasn't worth my time.
I may have to look again!

I actually emailed them at the email address posted at the end of their FAQ page with the title of the email saying "Payment Request" and in the body I said "Good day, I'd like to request payment from my review stream account under the email ------@-----.com. Thank you" (although I was emailing them from that email anyway! I just found it sounded more how shall I say? professional?)
Within 10 mins of the sent request I saw an email from them (or what I thought was them, it was actually paypal sending me an email stating they paid me!) I think I nearly fell off my chair! I have heard people say the get paid in a couple hours but this was quick!

I have experienced this ago.I still remember my first earning online which is 16 yuan RMB.It is about two dollars.I was excited so much in that time.Now i am keeping posting to get my first earning on mylot.

Welcome to mylot and thank you for the congrats.
Well as the name of the site says, Review Stream, you basically write reviews on things you have used before or stores you visited, hotels, electronics you've used, etc. But read their TOS and FAQ's before getting started.

Not much. I type pretty fast so it took me about 5 minutes or so to type up a review. Sometimes i just did reviews while waiting on my boyfriend to come pick me up to go out. I got about 4 done alone right there. I just decided on that day to review nail polish and lip gloss, lipsticks that I use. Got some spare cash from that spare time.

Congrats to you !! I just started with the whole online working to make extra money. I have a long way to go, but i know it can be done. Every little bit helps and adds up. I started a NYC fund and I think by late August with all my sites I will have an extra 400 to work with.
