First Car

My first was a 1955 Plymouth. My father got it for me. I was 18 years old at the time It was 1962 at the time. How's that for an oldie???

Im sure that you wouldnt remember this,but here in the UK we had a car called a Ford cortina,and our first car was a cortina estate..well we thought it was amazing to have one..and we just loved it!1at that time it was considered quite posh to own a car!!..the car was cream and pale green in colour...and it was an estate car....we had it for a good few years too.

On my 17th birthday, summer of 1996, my parents gave me an adorable little 1987 Dodge Shadow. It was automatic and power nothing except mirrors. The interior was red and it was painted a really pretty tannish color that looked pink when the sun shined just right. I had that car until...well a few years, I don't remember exactly when we sold it. The girl that bought blew the motor a couple months later and I was devastated, it was a good little car and I didn't want to sell it in the first place.

my first car was a toyota corolla. i was 21 at the time and was in college. i got sick of riding my bike to classes in the freezing winter months, so i asked my parents for a car. i still had to walk from where i parked to classes but it wasn't as bad as riding a bike. yeah, i know i was a spoiled brat :)

My first car was a Toyota Pick up 1994. I was 15 when it was mine but was able to be "legally" mine when I was 16.

In 1973 my parents purchased a brand new 1973 Chevrolet Vega for me as a graduation gift. It was a pretty good car for a couple of years until the engine warped so I traded it in on something...I forget what.

My first car was a hand-me-down from my sister. It was a 1984 Plymouth Horizon. We called it the "Little Putt-putt." LOL Those were some tough little cars. It had a small 4-cylinder engine in it, and got great mileage. I liked it, and with gas prices the way they are now, I almost wish I still had it.

In 1975 i was 15y/o and i worked a good 30 miles from where i lived so i bought a car, it was some kind of ford (i didn't have a drivers license, so i never drove it)I don't have any idea what kind i just gave my dad the money and he found me a car so that my b-i-l could get me from work at night!

Ahhh... My first car... I bought a second hand Holden Ute just after I started working. I loved that car. About 6 months after getting it I got a bit drunk and wrapped it around a tree.
