Is actually cooking a meal!!! Thats just a disaster waiting to happen!! lol

Okay so its only a bolangaise (sp??) and am planningon having garlic bread and a salad with it as boyfriend is working this morning then coming home for 3 hours before he has to work again!! I thought it would be nice to have our meal as we dont see alot of each other and havent had a bolangaise for ages!!

Sounds exotic.......please don't tell me it's fried Bologna......( ' Sorry I Just HAD.....to say that ) But really what is that ? IS it italian , ( God I love Italians! ) or French Cuisine.

All it is mince with a sauce (tomatoes, garlic, onions and herbs). Like spaghetti bolangaise but we're having it without the spaghetti!!

My favorite meal to cook is anything easy. I work and have 2 kids so I like to keep my kitchen work to a minimum.

I like making all sorts of pasta . One recipe that I want to try as soon as it is not so hot outside is Rachel Ray's "You won't be single for long" pasta. I am married,but
I'm curious as to what my hubby will think about it as he is not big on pasta.
