Do you have a good relationship with your boss ?I just begin to work,my boss seems a little picky. A good relationship with your boss can make all the difference to how you feel about your job. But my boss is just not that supportive approachable .He rarely smile, and he has a strong accent,I just couldn't follow him sometims,so I have to repead what I think he says everytime to make sure I don't get him wrong. He is a judgemental .He make feel as though your personal life is of no importance. This is my first job,so I don't want to give it up.I just tell myself I should at least stick with it for more than half a year befor I get I new job,as I don't want disappoint anyone including myself. What about you ?Do you have a good approachable boss?If not,how can you managing and dealing with an aggressive boss?

I thought that I had a fairly good relationship with my boss. they always respected my work. I soon found out that my boss was not very professional though. Even though I was praised for my work, other employees would get by with not working or doing their job right. I had to leave because I got tired of picking up the slack for everyone else.

I have been working in 4 different companies in the past and my second one was my worst experienced that later turns out to be also good.LOL, The wife of our boss was very strict and very judgmental. She didn't like me at first due to her observation once in my worked. One time when i got the chance, I talked to her and told her about my feelings, like I was not comfortable with her because of this and that, on the other hand I also mentions all her positive attributes that I admire, after that open-forum for the two of us, be became best buddies..LOL, I resigned after 5 years there and she doesn't like me to go, but I was very firmed with my decision because of the difference in salary which I need of course since I am the bread winner in the family. She approved my resignation and assured me that anytime I want to work with them again, I am welcome.

So far with the jobs i'm in, i have fairly good relationships with my bosses.. To the extent of being frenz instead of boss and employees.. I guess it all boils down to one's work attitude and how serious are they in their work.. Once your boss sees that, they will know how well u can handle things, including personal life ^_^ So, there' nothing much to worry about, and just let your work do the talking for u and prove it for u ^_^

i am glad i have a very approachable boss and a very nice working environment. my job calls for long patience and dedication, and i think i won't get this long of stay with my current boss and workmates are hard to be with. just keep up with your words. someday, looking back at how much you have done for your work, will make you more proud of yourself.

I like my boss. He's easy going and laid back. Not picky at all and He tells us when we've done something wrong. He's a good guy and I count him as a friend. He takes teasing and practical jokes well. (Including locking him in his office!)
