My husband has a lot of medical problems, one of the things that is really concerning is he has seizures. I have read in a couple of places that there are diets that help to regulate seizures, and just help with your overall heath.

Hi There are many diseases which can be cured with diet. In most cases if we add some herbs or other items in our diet or exclude some thing we usually use may help to control the disease. Cholesterol, diabetes, Blood pressure etc can be controlled or regulate in this way. I heard that Ketogenic diet is good to prevents of reduces seizures especially in children. I think it is better you to consult a dietician to know more about this type of diet and follow his/her directions strictly. Hope your husband will be cured soon.

I am reading the makers Diet right now to see what I can do for my arthritis. It is quit interesting so far. The author became quit ill and after see just about every dr there is he found some thing the work. It seems that all our problems start in the gut, as he puts it. Most all our illness stem from killing off the good bacteria with the junk that we eat rto day. You might want to check it out. I haven't gotten very far into the book yet but it sounds interesting and may help. http://www.makersdiet.com/public/default.aspx
