WTF is this?

Well, I finally got around to watch last week's Smackdown on a VHS tape and I saw Khali (Not Great Khali) squash Deuce and Domino. Um, what purpose did that match serve? That Khali is a dominant force in the WWE. Whoopee! *sarcasm* Now, who is the face in that match? I'm sure all of Khali's fans (all three of them) were on their feet for that match. What I'd like to know is who's coffee did Deuce and Domino take a leak in to be turned into jobbers since they lost the tag titles? I know this is typical WWE. Who cares about tag teams, right? *rolls eyes* Deuce and Domino are two of the most underutilized wrestlers in the WWE. They have far more talent than the Great Jacka$$. Well, the next time they do roster cuts, I hope for D & D's sake, they get released. Oh yeah, and speaking of underutilized...Val Venis, anyone? Newer fans probably don't even know he's a former IC champion. If I were him, I'd ask to be released. Ugh..Khali sucks!

My guess would be though I haven't seen Smackdown is possibly turning Khali into a face? I don't know but that seems to be my wild guessing on that. I guess because there aren't many challengers for Edge to face off with. You notice how it seems to be the same match ups over and over again? I don't know if the draft will help but we shall see.

That would help. Maybe he could get some tips from Big Show, Undertaker, or Kane as they could try to help though that's going to be tough. I can't imagine being a trainer trying to help train a 7'3 wrestler to wrestle. I think with someone his size, he would have to benefit from a power game. That's about it I guess. I don't know for sure.

It's been that way for quite a few years. Now at Night of Champions, it'll be Edge vs. Batista part 634. The only other challenger on the face side of Smackdown that could challenge Edge is Finlay. I wouldn't mind seeing a face MVP against Edge, though. Khali would have to learn to wrestle before people would cheer for him.

pity to khali..he have a hard time to move around the ring..can khali climb to the rope..nope3..he just overpower his opponent..that's why i pity him..the man of his size should beat people easily bbut khali can't provide enough excitement in a match..so kind of funny to see khali "pretend" to knocked down from a hit..thats why he become a wrestler i think..cause if he can move fast..nba baby!! so will we ever see undertaker again? or not so great actress vicky guererro will continue to ruin smackdown..maybe vicky will be draft out..erm..

Who do you think makes these matches. VICKY. She is the one that runs the show on Smackdown. If you ask me Smackdown is going downhill and quite fast because of this dumb woman. She needs to go and worse yet I bet Vince knows that he is losing tons of money because of her and how she runs the show. I hope that she gets fired. I hate the woman with a passion and desperatly needs to get the whole vamoose. Four more weeks and the whole changing things up will be happening. I can't wait to see what happens.

I hear you on that. I've quit watching Smackdown pretty much with Vicky on there. As long as she is still the GM, I don't see people sticking around and I think ratings wise it has gotten worse with her. Even with the draft, I'm not so sure if that will help.

I've heard Stephanie hasn't been active due to her pregnancy and coming up fast to have another baby. Yeah creative just needs to be creative and try to do something that will get people wanting to watch the show. In the end, that's what you want, people watching your show.

Well, it's just a bunch of yes men on the creative team that want to please Vince. Since Vince likes big guys, ala Khali, he decides to push those guys and give them TV time.

They use to have handicap matches years back with the late yokozuna back when he was world champion. It was funny because at the end he would pile both wrestlers on top of one another near the turnbuckle and would slam down and sit on the pinning them both. His finisher was called the banzai drop. You can find the matches on youtube.

I remember Yokozuna. The difference between him and Khali though, is that he was actually a good big man wrestler. Plus, I've read he was very good at protecting his opponents.

I have already answered most of the first part in a comment I made previously, but as for the underutilized talent, I have to say that Val Venis has been the WWE's most loyal underutilized employee for a long time. His last real run was as a member of the RTC about what? 5 years ago? And still WWE still employs him, because they know he's a really good wrestler. He could be in a tag team with anyone and actually make a newcomer look really good, ala team of Holly and Rhodes, but successfull.

His last run of any significance was as Chief Morley, Eric Bischoff's lackey when he was GM. Since then, he's been beaten by pretty much everyone on the Raw roster. (That is, if even makes it on TV.) That would include Santino Marella, who has turned into nothing more than a comedy character who gets beat by Cousin Sal. It's hard to believe he was IC champ and European champion when you see him now.

Yea. I didn't see the reason for that match. Like you said to show how strong and big Khali is. Whatever. We know and we don't care no more. Learn how to wrestle please. Anyways Deuce and Domino are a really good tag team. It seem like all the tag team champions once they lose the title they are put on the back burner sad to say. Hopefully they will get a title shot again. As for Val, I remember when he first debut. All me and my girlfrinds thought he was cute! I really wish he could have the chance at a title. He is so good in the ring and piss me off just seeing him getting beat up, when I know he could win. The WWE makes me so mad at times. Yes.. Khali does sucks. Now all you Khali's fan minus this I don't care, but he still sucks. :) Kane ROCKS!!!!!

Deuce and Domino are probably my favorite tag team in the WWE right now. I like their gimmick, their look and their theme song. Oh, and I think Maryse fits in well with them. I see a lot of potential in them and it's painful how WWE has buried them. It appears they're splitting up and may feud after watching Smackdown last night, though. I guess we'll have to see if they follow up on this next week. You know how Vince likes to break up tag teams!

You never know what WWE will do. They may just ignore the fact that D & D were fighting on Smackdown and not follow up. I like Maryse with D & D because she has a similar "mean" personality to them, while Cherry's wrestling personality is shy and innocent. As for Miz and Morrison, I feel they should've dropped the titles to Kane and C.M. Punk. Now with Finlay and Hornswoggle challenging them at Night of Champions, I wouldn't be surprised to see a title change.

I think Cherry was better with them. I really wouldn't want them to spilt up. Even though I think they would be good in single matches too. I think they should go after Hardcore Holly & Cody Rhodes for the World Tag Team Champion. Hmm.. I wonder when the Miz and Morrion going to lose their titles and to whom...hmm.

You are damn right deuce and domino aren't utilized properly. I reckon that their team will split in this draft lottery and both of then will compete as singles. The Great Khali is a unique kind of wrestler that any wrestling company love to have.

Well, it seems like they are, based on last Friday's Smackdown, unless Vince decides the storyline isn't important enough to follow up on. If they do split up, I hope they receive better pushes. Much better. As for Khali, yeah he's unique all right. I don't know if TNA would be interested in him, though.
