Have you worked in an office? Do you find it boring or not?
I have worked in a company called Juferd General Merchandise as an office personnel, or more like my boss' secretary, taking care of calls, guests, clients, her appointments, proposals, and other paperworks. But I had fun. I didn't find it boring at all.
How about you?

It does depend what you are doing in an office, the same as it would with any other job. I worked in an office environment for years and generally speaking enjoyed my work. However there were days when I was bored stupid, either when the work I was doing that day was dull or when I wasn't in the right frame of mind.
I think it probably a good job I had not heard of myLot back then, or I may not have done so much work!

Nanayangel hello!
Thoughtful advise, doing private and personal matters such as MyLot during office hour is tantamount to stealing or cheating on your employer of official work time including the use of facilities - electricity for the computer and electrical light for your work area, and, a share of expense on internet subscription rate (which all of these are translated to operation cost). Not unless, you have the permission and authorization from your boss,who would be generous and kind to cover up for you once his/her attention is being called on pilferage of his/her subordinate.
Not all companies are generous.
This is just a line of thought.

i am a designer and document controller in a pvt company here in pakistan
yes i have a fun here at my job
but if i have no work in office i get bore i like to be busy all the day

I have been on a few different Boards of Directors in the past working in offices etc. Some of these were, HUD in Minneapolis, A housing co-op building. A city's Board, and the A.A. club. I did not find it the least boring as a few of these also had me traveling and meeting new people etc.

i worked for about 5 years at a trucking and crane company. i loved it, it was a fast paced office. i was an assistant dispatcher and a rate clerk. i was involved with the customers, the salesmen, the drivers and crane operators and the state (for load permits etc.) i loved my work, unfortunatly i had a boss that i didnt get along very well with after a while. he started to become a total a$$hole..so i ended up quitting. which sucks, cause years later now, i miss that job, i really did love my work there.

That's sad. Sorry to hear about that. Well, I guess finding a nice boss has the same success rate with finding a nice in-law.

I have not tried working in the office but I am looking forward to try it. I have tried assisting our secretary during my first job and I find it very interesting.But, I had a very limited time back then since I have my work too!
