Hello, ajith! These cold drinks are in no way better drinks.instead, you rather drink natural fresh green coconut water or sugarcane juice.these are fresh as well as soothing and good for health.i always prefer these two drinks during summer when out of home.thanx.

I don't normally drink any sodas. Have you ever read the ingredients list on those things? Why would you want to put a bunch of sugar and chemicals into your body? Yuck! These days I pretty much just stick with plain old water.

I drink a lot of caffeinated soft drinks, which I know they are not good for me or my body,my favorite caffeinated soft drink would have to be Pepsi because it has a cold refreshing taste that can always clench my strongest thirst.

I like Pepsi more than Coca-Cola but I've cut down on carbonated drinks too. I have ulcer and I don't want any more ulcer attacks.

I try not to drink a whole lot of soft drinks. I may drink one or two per day at most. I wish I could stop drinking them but I really enjoy their taste. It also satisfies my thirst. I would have to say the Big Red is my favorite but I also like to drink Coke.

I try to stay away from caffeinated beverages as much as possible. Whenever I have caffeine I start getting jittery and climbing the walls. Occasionally I'll have one of those nice mocha frappuccinos at Starbucks, or maybe a coffee ice cream, but I'm not big on coffee itself. And sodas like coke and pepsi are good when I need a quick buzz, but I often find that the sugar isn't worth it.

I've been doing A LOT of research on this. 1stly they say that dark sodas are very bad for us and diet sodas are even worse. To make matters worse dark sodas help us women get cellulite. Thanks but no thanks I don't need any help when it comes to that. :) I have managed to stay away all together although I started getting hooked on Coke Zero. But now I actually drink more water than anything.
