Do you apply oil on your hair regularly?

i dont because anytime i use hair products other than shampoo in my hair it makes my skin break out

i have never put oil in my hair. but i put henna in my hair to cover my gray, once a season, and it has some kind of oil with it to condition my hair.

Daily, it keeps me cool.

I can't say that I have ever used oil on my hair and I probably never will. I shave my head everydays so I don't even have hair to put oil on any more.

hi. No, i don't apply oil on my hair. I am much contented with shampooing and conditioning it regularly and giving it hair spa from time to time. It makes my hair grow and shine even without oil. But I used to, when i was in high school. I stopped because oil in the hair and sun doesn't make a good match. It gave me lice and I so hate it!! Good thing I was able to prevent them from making my head their domain! I dont know why, but when you're using oil or any hair shiners or leave on conditioners, dandruff and lice are what you will get. Oil makes my hair sticky and it feels heavier than normal. Sometimes, when I scratch my head, the oil tends to go deep into my nails. So, my fingers feels sticky too.

Nope, I don't put an oil on my hair...I just let the natural oil comes out..so I just use shampoo and conditioner alternately and skip a day not applying anything on it... :)

Hi friend, i apply oil everyday on my hair before shower. Before shower, apply oil is must. Otherwise i may feel cold, so that i regularly use oil. We use coconut oil for hair. We believe it is the pure oil available. Yes it can give shining appearance.

Many many years ago while I was in India (Calcutta actually) I got pretty ill and had to go to the hospital. For some reason (political maybe, I don't remember) I was taken to a maternity hospital where a woman would come every day while I was recovering and put coconut oil in my waist length hair and braid it. This is one of my favorite memories of that trip! Here in America people don't often put oil in their hair. I have used olive oil for that purpose but it does not compare to the delicious smell of the coconut oil. Plus coconut oil seems silkier or something. One of these days I will have plenty of money and I will buy coconut oil online which is not refined and I will put it in my hair every day!!

I don't use oil in my hair since I am sporting a long hair. The tendency when you use oil in your hair, your face become oily too and more dust will come in contact with your hair. It is better to use shampoo and conditioner regularly to achieve a smooth hair

You did hit my daily style. I was using Johnson's Baby Oil for my hair after a bath.I used the brand with labeled "NON GREASY", this looks my hair fresh every day and it is shiny, also good to prevent the dandruff.

I apply oil everyday cos I have thick and curly hair. I usually use coconut oil.

I don't oil my hair on a regular basis, but when I do I use jojoba oil. It's great stuff. I use it daily as a moisturiser for my skin as well.

I oil my scalp daily as well as my daughters hair. I think it's important and it does help hair growth because when you hair is dry and brittle you get split end which damage the hair and breaks it off so your hair can never grow right. I tend to use vitamine E on my scalp. I actually got some tablets but that takes too long so I bought some pure vitamin E oil.

I oil my hair fairly regularly. I didn't for many years, but someone told me that my hair had a kind of dry brittle look to it, so now I do. It has really helped. I use an herbal oil that is enriched with vitamins and African herbs.

I do occassionally, if I do, I use coconut oil or Jojaba oil. Oiling is good, but your hair captures dirt more easily.
