What would you do if someone would stares at you? Would you go and confront the person and ask "what is your problem" which may end up in a fight? Or would you look away to avoid trouble? Just Asking, SFC

I usually just smile n nod or wave at them....if they keep on staring i usually turn my lip up n say "what, is there a problem?"....but im not a confrontational person so that rarely happens.

Oh,what person is it?haha... If it's a handsome boy with special meaning in his eye, then please stare at me the longer the better,i don't mind ^_^ If it's an evil one,i will turn back or walk away fast,i will not quarrel with him to bring a fight. Anyway,i know being stared by someone is really awful. :)

If some one is staring at me ...will stare right back at them...usually win staring competitions...fighting fire with fire..It helps....but if it continues ..then i get panic and walk away....

Whenever I have been in this situation I have just ignored the person and looked away. Or else go somewhere else where I cannot be stared at by that person.

Well maybe because you are a woman. In the case of men just a simple stare can get you into trouble. I have a friend who always gets in to trouble because of the way he stares lol.:)

it would depend on who/where and how. If it was just some random person in the street I'd probably smile say 'good morning' or give them a wave and carry on walking. If it was someone i knew I'd just ask 'What??' If I felt threatened I'd avoid eye contact. What would you do?

I would just look away. I have friends who would go up and say " Yes, what's your problem" and seen an argument start.

I always come across people who really stare. Though I considered it rude, I don't really mind. They can take nothing from me by looking. As long as they do me no harm, I really don't care. It's like, "look but don't touch".

Well it really depends on the place. There are times when it is very obvious i have looked at the person and said"hey what is your problem" and there are times i have just made a dirty face. There have also been incedences when i have just mumbelled a word and walked away. So it really depends on the situation and the place and who i am with.

good day.. it depend on my mood. If I'm in a good mood I'll walk away to avoid trouble but if I'm not, well I'll stare back and wait what will happen.

I normally go up and introduce my self and say "I was wondering if maybe we knew each other, as you were staring, and obviously that rude, so I thought I'd check". Normally they will comment, that they like the outfit, or sometimes they thought they knew me too. Other times they will apologize. Sometimes if its a man, they will verbalize their interest in meeting me. I then take the time to introduce them to my business since I work for myself. This has now turned into a great opportunity to meet a potential customer or client.

I just ignore it. It isn't really worth my time, if you ask me. I try to convince myself they're only staring because I'm cute :) Haha.

Hello, I would ask them would they like to take a picture of me so they can keep staring me when i have gone. Thats what i would say to them and they would be asking for it as its not nice to stare at someone its rude and uncalled for.

I am legally blind, so I really don't pick up on body language. I don't even notice if someone is staing at me. I just go about my business, and ignore them. They are easy to ignore since I am not aware of their behaviour.

I might ignore them or just stare back, depending on how I feel at the time, and sometimes I might even smile at them, if I didn't think they were a creep.

That was basically my main problem today when I went to the mall earlier. I've gotten a few stares from people and inside my head I was wishing I could tell them "it's rude to stare". My hair was in a bit of a mess, that's why. I just raised my eyebrows at them.

I think it all depends. Usually I just try to ignore it until I can't any longer. For me, there is only so much I can take. After a while, I would just stare back and eventually say hi or something sarcastic. I wouldn't try to pick a fight though because that is immature
