I was talking to myself and one of my friends stopped by and caught me. I felt embarressed. I do not mean talking to yourself as in hearing voice but like completing some thing and saying wow that looks nice. Are telling yourself what you need to get done. I only talk to myself I don't answer myself. So Im not crazy. Do you have talk to yourself? Has anyone ever caught you?

Hi honey, you are not crazy. Usually, people who live alone talk to themselves. Some people just talk to themselves; it is the way the good God made them. There is nothing "crazy" about them. I don't talk to myself as such. But I do talk a lot to my cats, my dog, my plants, and sometimes even my computer! So... uh.. do I sound crazy? Yup, my neighbors have caught me at it many times. They have already labeled me "mad" and "devil." Of course, as long as they leave me alone and not try to "burn me at the stake," I don't give a damn to what they say. LOL Cheers and happy mylotting

I talk to myself very often. They say you are alone only if you stop having a good relation with yourself. I like thinking and being just with myself because this way i can understand better the problems and issues that bother me and I also can relax.

Oh, of course I do. Sometimes I think it is how I get through my everyday life, just simply talking to myself. We are all probably guilty of it from time to time. Sometimes it can help you to deal with things. I do talk to my 4 year old son. We can hold conversations all our own. I do talk with my husband too. Heck, I think all three of us talk to ourselves on occasion. I don't think there is anything too wrong with it.

I talk to myself all the time - out loud if I'm at home or just in my own head when I'm out. Mostly it's just my kids that catch me but they're used to it. LOL. I find it easier to put something into my memory by saying it out loud.

Oh, all the time. I wander about and just jabber quietly to myself. Talking to yourself does not mean you are crazy. Answering yourself does not mean you are crazy, it is when you are talking to other people who are not there then you might be crazy.

LOL, I talk to myself almost all the time. More when I was younger. I'm pretty careful not to let anyone catch me. Sometimes I will actually have conversations with myself. I find it easier to keep my thoughts straight when speaking out loud, especially if I'm thinking of something important.

I never do it and I almost hate hearing people doing it (like I hate whistling). I don't know why...

I do it all the time, at least when I'm by myself. Even though I need alone time, I like hearing someone talking. And if there's nothing good on television or on the radio, then my own voice will have to do. Besides, it's sort of reassuring if you say something aloud; like if you say "wow, that looks nice", you're sort of confirming for yourself that it is indeed nice. If that makes any sense.
