washing machine buzzing

My washing machine is buzzing. It seems like their are always things buzzing or beeping in this house. It gets on my nerves. I checked the washer it is washing clothes and nothing seems to be amiss. Anybody have any thoughts as to why it is buzzing? It hasnt done that before. It beeps when the cycle is finished.

Not sure! My machine went on the fritz years ago. We have to get a new one soon. Perhaps it is stuck. When my stove makes that buzz, I thump the knob and it stops.

I'm not an expert but from past experience I think you might have a timer going out.

hmm-mm thanks y. I'll have my husband check it out or maybe my son he's the mechanic in the family.
