 Coffee....definitely coffee. If I don't have coffee first thing it really starts my day out wrong and nothing goes right. For some reason, I have no clue why, I put milk and sugar in the first few cups and then drink it black the rest of the day. |

 I am concerned but no more so than I am about any other flu. I'm not planning on taking the shot because I have an allergy to one of the ingredients and was advised not to. |

 I'm more comfortable sleeping on my left side or stomach turned to the left for some reason. I have been waking up on my back lately though for some strange reason. |

 Oh wow, I envy you living where you can go into the mountains. I'm originally from Wy but live east in flat land now. I used to go to southern Indiana to see the colors but haven't for the last few years for some reason. |

I know it gets cold in the mountains pretty early. We were in Yellowstone one year around July 7th and there was snow on the ground and it got down into the 30's at night. That was a wild experience. |
