Do you ever get together with your old high school friends?

I have been out of high school a good many years (I won't say how many) and I have attended all my high school reunions. There were 4 of us who were good friends in high school and we have been saying for years that we need to get together and do something. We finally did! We took a weekend and traveled to the Lake of the Ozarks in southern Missouri where we stayed in a condo overlooking the lake. We had a great time! We did a lot of reminiscing, shopping, eating and generally having a good time! I would highly recommend that you do this. We vow to do it again, but who knows how many years it will be before we decide to get together. I hope it is soon! Do any of you ever get together like that with old high school or college buddies?

Isn't it great how you can keep in contact with others through e-mail.
What a great invention. Better than the phone! Its great that you get together so often! I hope that you can continue to do so over the years. Thanks for the response.

yes me and my old friends do that from time to other its really cool time that we spend it to gather and we remember the old memories and we always laugh at it

I've been out of school for a good many years too. (How old is 'older than dirt' anyways?! Lol!) We have an impromptu get together at a local park here and there, in between reunions. It's nice to keep up with the old gang and see how they're doing! Outside of that, there's several that still live in the old hometown here, and I run into them every now and again, and some of them stop for a visit once in a while. We all got together last fall, not for a reunion, just to visit. It was great! A bunch of us are hoping to do it again this fall too.

I think its great that you can have impromptu get togethers like that. Its a little harder for us to do that seeing as how none of the 4 of us live in our hometown. Once in awhile I will run into a former classmate, but not often. I have been in contact with another good friend and classmate that I have not seen in 30 years and she has invited me to get together with her. I hope that we can make that happen. I'm excited!

I've left high skool only for a month and I've missed my friends already... We ?e planning on getting together, travelling to some places next week. And my secondary friend, I've never missed a chance to meet them to talk about the old times.
So, yes, that's great to meet your old buddies ^^... I love them

Yes!I just got together with my old college buddies half a year ago.We were forty of us,but there were twenty-eight of us here.We handed one hundred yuan each.We met happily in a hall.We ate food,talked with each other,sang songs and danced.Oh,how great! We all wish to do it again 5 years later.
