All kid need to have their fruits as well as vegetables. All kids love Popsicles too. What you could do is to blend some fruits such as peeled orange peel the membrane off too put the orange in the blender and be sure to leave some pulp whole then make Popsicles. This way your children will get the whole fruit in a form that they would like as well as getting the fruit taste. You might want to blend some fruit such as bananas and oranges or strawberries and bananas.

Hi If your children do not like to eat raw fruits, then make fresh juice of fruits and try whether they like it. You can make fruit jams and jellys and give them along with other foods. If they like to drink milk shake, you can prepare fruits milk shake and smoothys for your children. Different kinds of cakes, puddings, muffins etc can be made by fruits. There are a lot of recepe books available which will help you to prepare a variety of dishes with fruits.

Go to an orchard or grow your own. Have them pick the produce, they like what they make! We have neighbor kids eating peas, green beans and radishes!
