Does anyone know where you can sell collected tree seeds? I have heard that you can sell tree seeds to growers but I am not sure where or who I can contact. I live in south western Pennsylvania. Please help

You could always try ebay. Alot of the seeds that I buy are from the internet. ALTHOUGH, as a grower myself who'll eventually get into selling seeds I'd like to tell you that when it comes to trees...most people tend to prefer to buy them after they're a few years old. Especially when it comes to fruiting trees. Myself, I dig them up from places where they're unwanted, get them out of people's gutters...identify them and attempt to raise them for a year or so before I sell them. I've only just started this, though, so I haven't gotten to selling the young trees themselves yet. After I start selling fresh produce, I may just bring the trees and sell them at farmers markets and flea markets. That was my main plan, since it pains me to sell live plants online, because the shipping can kill them =(

Why not try to sell it via the net? Perhaps it's easier to find the buyer through this way. I love China

A man I know planted a few dozen acorns all in buckets and grew them into little saplings on his terrace. He sold them privately to neighbors and friends.

Contact your county extension agency and see if they can give you any tips. Most growers won't buy seed from you unless you've got a bunch of certifications and proof of germination. If you're interested in selling them, free lance, you could try etsy.com. I have a wee bitty plant shop there, but you still would have to check with your USDA extension agency to find out about the rules and regs that govern your state. Good luck!

I have never heard of this. Try goole. They may help you find somebody. I doubt they pay very much it may not be worth the hassle.
