If You Are Given A Chance to Change or Enhance your Body, What Part would It Be?

Or You're Satisfied With What You Have and Doesn't Want To Change A Thing? Please be Honest.. I would have a tummy tuck and a breast lift. Since giving birth to two kids, my tummy has become kinda not good to look at. Having cesarean operation coupled by laziness to exercise, It looks like I'm still pregnant. But since the maid was gone, and I do the chores everyday, i did lose some weight but the unsightly tummy is still there!! I'm 38C, so imagine what I look like! I miss my old body, and if I have to go "under the knife", given the chance and extra money, I'd definitely go for it.. How about you?

I'd kill to get hands on a diet pill that actually works. And is safe. I am obese, and on lots of medication that makes it worse. I also have a continence problem that makes exercise without a bathroom nearby a real gamble with dignity. * I don't eat junk food, I eat mostly home cooked soup made in a crockpot. That's for fiscal reasons as well as fat ones.

Sadly, diet pills aren't in my reach financially and they aren't covered by health insurance as they are a 'cosmetic' business. As I am on twenty different types of meds already, it is a risky proposition.

hi. I am not a fan of diet pills but here I know of some that actually worked as per my friends. But, it comes with a prescription. Have you tried going to a doctor and ask for whatever he thinks might be good and safe for you?

Well, I have the same issues as you, but I do not want surgery. They have to surgically replace your belly button and nipples. EW! I can't imagine it would ever feel the same either. What I wish is that there was a way to naturally fix my body without surgery. Unfortunatly stretch marks and saggy skin are difficult to get rid of. I've been trying for years with no results.

I've researched this, because I was seriously thinking about it at one point. If you get a tummy tuck they have to remove your navel, reconstruct the tummy and muscles, then replace the navel where it would belong. Same with breats and nipples. I haven't looked into the other treatments, but I do not want to go the surgical route anymore after some of the horror stories I've seen, even with licensed doctors.

I would only get my teeth fixed...which is next on my list...I've had a boob job done (about 8 yrs ago or so) and am glad that I did it..I COULD HAVE gotten a lift too but the reality is I nursed 3 kids and I'm not 18 any more ya know so a lift just wasnt something I was interested in..

Well maybe if I were rich I would enhance my bootie. I have never had much of it and am currently wearing a butt pad because of the fact. yea, that is what I would change.

I also have a tummy after having my son. I would like it to be flat, unfortunately I would not want to have surgery (that scares me). Everything else is okay, I would just like to be able to tighten my body, it looks a bit jiggly. Nothing a good professional mud wrap wouldn't help. :)

I would opt for something to reduce the size of my bubble butt! It's really an inherited thing but I could use to lose a few (dozen) pounds! I've been chubby my whole life since I was a kid. :)

I don't like to artificially alter my body but I am working out to get my tummy tucked and it feels a lot better to know you are putting effort into it yourself than to have some butcher suck away your fat and in the end you need to have it done again as your skin is hanging way to loose because you lost an abnormal amount of fat due to something your body doesn't recognize as natural. It would be nice to have some abs, the long lean ones not like man have them but just a well formed belly. I like the look of that . And buns of steel, oh yeah! hahaha... lol, that would hurt in the morning

that would take an enormous amount of exercising, if you really want abs...me, i hate to exercise, so i guess, i would have to just spend a lot to remove them ..thanks..

I don't think removing fat will give you abs, it will just make your tummy flatter and because of that easier to get to the actual abdominal muscles and train them. It does take a lot more work for woman to do so then for man, I don't no exactly why but a friend of mine who was studying to become a fitness intstructor once told me. Thanks!

I've always been a bigger woman and gained weight AFTER my 4th child, many years ago. Before having my children I didn't have much of a stomach, and afterwards, that is all I have. I am proud of myself that many years later I have been able to lose some of the weight that I have carried for so many years, but if I could I would have the stomach taken off as well as the "wings", that I call the awful flab that is on the tops of my arms. For the most part, I will not wear sleeveless tops because they are so big. But at the same time I am not sure that I am brave enough to be so vain to let someone cut on me for something like that as much as I know that I would look better!

Thanks so much for the best response nod! It amazes me how comfortable I have become with myself after so many years of "hiding" and not being who I am because I am a bigger woman. It is so sad that our society is the way it is as well as some of the men in my life!! Best wishes to you!!

Im pretty satisfy with my boddy. Besides i know anything i dont currently have, i can achive it. I dont know if most of you know, or believe in this, but i do trully believe in the power that our brain has in our body. I do believe even people with "disability" can change their body if they trully believe in it since our body is in constant regeneration. BTW, if i could enchance something right now it will be my... my two... lol.. i know what your thinking. but no. Im talking about my biceps. I know i cna work them out, but it would be nice to have em bigger without any effort. :P :D

I actually agree with you about the power of the brain on our body. I have been reading alot about this and I am even experimenting with it. I have noticed some subtle changes. I see some of my curves returning and my belly is actually shrinking. Granted I am exercising, but I have always exercised and I was getting pretty discouraged because no matter how hard I was trying, I just couldn't see much in the way of results. I read The Secret and started applying it to weight reduction as well as other things, and I am seeing better results.

At my age theres not a lot of chance of anything changing, but if they offered me a cheap job then I might be tempted to have some of that liposuction on my pot belly, and then I would have my man boobs taken away too,but thats what happens when you lead the good life for years, you get all the old love handles and all that jazz

Same like you I had two c-sections and I want to reduce my tummy with in next 4 months I kept this as a target , I already started work out program. I am sure as you are already doing house hold you will also reduce the weight and your tummy will be back to normal. All the best!!

Yes I agree with you, I had 4 C-Sections and the muscles in my stomach are so loose or what ever you want to call it, I could pass for pregnant and I hate it, I can't wear regular clothes or pants that have a zipper have to have elestic around the waist. I would give anything for then to take the fat off and make me have a flat stomach for once in my life and I could use some bigger boobs.

Of course, I would. But I will never change my major features especially my facial attributes. I would just probably enhance my muscles and put some real biceps and triceps on some parts of my body. Above all, proper exercise and diet are the answers to healthy lifestyle and physique.
