how often do you change your toothbrush?

some dentists recommend every two months for the sake of bacteria. the brush may not be that worn out but unless you boil it often it's good to start over with a clean new toothbrush. i have changed to a new toothbrush every two months. and sometimes once a month. but sometimes i let it slide and don't change for several months. how about you?

I don't change mine as often as I should. I actually have more than one though. I have one in the upstairs bathroom, one in the shower, and one that I take with me when I travel.

Hi there greenglitterturtle I change mine and my childrens toothbrushes at the same time so that I don't forget and that is every three months as I believe this is recommended. I always buy the same pack of 4 as there are 4 of us and we keep to the same colour - mine is always green!!

My toothbrush is an electric one so the head has a colour on it that fades when it's time to change it. I reckon itd about every 3 months. I think that's what dentists recommend isnt it?

3 months is fine. my dentist told me every month, my sister's dentist told her every 2 months. and other's have said what you're dentist said. it's all good as long as you do it around that time period. that's cool how your's changes color. happy brushing.
