pennsylvania baby and mom dead

i just heard this story not too long ago and it really shows how sick some people can be in my honest opinion...there was this eighteen year old girl that was pregnant and this other woman apparently killed her and cut her open and took her unborn baby out of her and tried to keep it for herself i guess(i was still a little unclear about that but the woman has a history of trying to steal babies)and apparently she tried to take it to the hospital for some reason and they arrested her there from what i hear for a number of charges possibly including murder because the woman that was killed was in her appartment or something like that...so i was just wondering what all of you here on mylot think about this story? thanks for reading my discussion!

I think it is gruesome of course. I dont know what poscesses people to do such sick things, but apparently it happens from time to time. I'm glad the woman was caught so she will never be able to do such a sick and twisted thing again.

This was a real sad story to read. I wanted to start a discussion on it but I had already started more than one discussion on people dying that I didn't want to start another one. This was something that I would have not thought that someone would do to another person. This young girl lost her life for the life of her child. At least the baby will live. Yet the child will never know it's mother because someone else wanted her baby. That was not right for the person to do to that young girl. Stories like this really hurt the soul to hear and there is nothing that can be done to bring that young girl back.

I think people who pinch babies have some issues and need help. You never know she may have had a miscarriage herself and believes the only way forward in life is to have a baby in her arms and this then consists of stealing a baby from another expecting mother.
There is many reasons why this woman has done such act and atleast she has been caught and given the appropriate help she needs.
