Whats the download speed of your computer.

When i had dialup i had a speed of 3 KBps.now i have mtnl triband with a speed of 210KBps,previously the speed was 26KBps.

Download 4.3Mbps ( supposed to be 8Mbps)
Upload about 300Kbps

I use ADSL from plusnet. If you think 8Mbps is a huge one wait till I tell you about virgin media. Their Large Broadband service has a speed of 25Mbps.
Do Martians have internet access? lol

i have a broadband internet connection with download speed up to 350 kbps( supposedly 2mbps)so its good at least for me as i don't download big at my home usually big downloads happen for me only in internet cafe's and i the name of the service provider is BSNL

I have the internet connection with 384kbps, but I still feel my connection too slow. I have no choice, only one company that i can use. At the end of year, new company release a new microwireless, will be better than now I use one, at that time I will change it.

Are you sure that your speed s 3kbps because I personally used the tri-band at my friend's house and I got a very good speed. Definitely it was not in the MBEs but then it was a lot better. What you're telling me is almost and MTNL dial-up connection speed. I think you should personally go and ask your ISP to check what is the problem because this is not something which you should get after having a drive and. They have I suppose missed something in your installation and that is the reason you are experiencing such low speed.

my internet speed is very less its only 96kbps and i get a download speed of approx 10kbps. i wish i had a high speed connection so that i can work more efficiently here in mylot.
for me mylot takes a lot of time to load.

Lol Vicky. It's only in India and some other countries that we have slow speeds. All the others have very fast internet connections and they get like lightning speeds on their downloads and uploads. I have BSNL 256 plan and that gives me a download speed of around 35 at the max.

i connect to the intervet by my phone(Virgin mobile)...so i get a speed of 8-12kbps with download accelerators....without them it will be so horrible about my download speeds....
so,i just use my net connection for myLotting,checking mails...thats all!!
